Jorge knew to replace worn out shower valve cartridges instead, for well under a thousand. And when a complication again stopped hot water flow, Jesse came out there late on a Sunday night and made things right for no extra charge. These are guys you can rely on to not sell you stuff you don't need, but to get results and stand by them.
