We thought we would be with out AC due to thermostat wiring not functioning properly. When I contacted the technician he was at my door within 30 minutes and did not leave until he made sure everything was working properly even the things about the thermostat that were not his responsibility or was hired for.

Shane was a Tech well informed on my plumbing inspection.this. Excellent and well informed Tech before the work proceeded. Also he was very detailed on his check list . He checked my anode in my hot water tank that was totally gone do to erosion. Disappointed on the last inspection (one year ago ) that was not checked which does diminish the life of the hot water heater. (Not good Brazil ) I had it replaced thanks to Shane bringing this to my attention. Very detailed in checking the rest of the house.He is an asset to your company and do want him to return on next years inspection.Sal Cannizzo

He was very professional and friendly, and did a fantastic job taking care of my system. He was able to diagnose potential problems in my system and recommended repairs before any damage was done.

Great guy, was in and out in an hour professionally installed a vanity in my store. Also showed me how to take it apart and clean it.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't.
