Colin came out to my home and tried to get my kitchen sink unblocked. It was a no go and a clean out needed to be installed. Colin was able to come out the next day and got it all fixed up. Today was my second phenomenal experience with Diamondback plumbing. About 6 weeks ago my sister in law was having difficulty with her kitchen sink and bathtub drains. A good friend recommended these folks so I called I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was extremely helpful, pleasant set the appointment contacted me a prior to the service man arrival.Levi came out (you would think he had 60 years experience but I doubt he’s over 40) and inspected, located the problem, Levi used his camera to scope the lines showed me where the problem was, after jetting the whole house and snaking the lines he couldn’t Jet, using the camera again showing us all clear we added a couple of other small plumbing concerns which Levi corrected. Very clean very neat never know he was there and the price was HALF of what quotes over the phone were.Yesterday was my second time that I had a family member in need of plumbing repairs. I called made the appointment with them today, once again super easy and friendly no hassle dealingsMy daughter and Son in law are in the middle of a major remodel to their kitchen. During the removal of the old cabinets for new ones they found a leak in the drain, the house was built in the late 60s when they used cast and galvanized pipe the galvanized pipe is what had corroded through and had a pin hole. This is a true level home drain pipes inside the block wall.Levi came out again and was a hero. He had to remove and replace not only the galvanized pipe but also the Fitting in the main line this pipe attached to all with new ABS plastic.I didn’t bother calling and price checking these folks as they are straightforward, honest and all around dependable and extremely reasonable on their pricesI have found my plumbing company

All bathtubs and toilets were suddenly backing up in our house. In a panic, we called Benjamin Franklin. The plumber showed up quickly (on a Saturday) and found and fixed the problem. What a huge relief! Very professional; very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for plumbing issues.

Andrew Winovich was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and schooled me on my electrical panel. He was professional, friendly just a great guy! Glad I no longer have the electrical issue.

City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

Honest , fair and professional. Anthony's was 40% less the quote I got from a competitor. If you want good people, that are experienced and don't over charge call Anthony's ! I am completely satisfied with all the work they performed. Thank you Anthony's Plumbing.

Improper shower installation on both bathrooms, cracked bathtubs, and poor cement poor. All must be fixed or re done. Drywall damage in master bedroom when installing the shower.

Simon fixed our issues within an hour of calling and was very professional. I would highly recommend Simon for any plumbing need.
