These guys were A+. Had my AC die Friday night and called them Sat morning, they came that afternoon. I live in AZ so it was an emergency. I ended up getting a new unit entirely as mine was very old. Prior to this I had a few AC repair people come and neither of them found the issues this guy did. My technician was way WAY better than my previous repair techs. If your AC goes bad these guys are legit. I dont have a reference point to compare price, but if you want the job done right, call this company. And I know how hard it is to trust reviews, but I'm just being honest.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

He not only fixed the issue but double checked other concerns that I had above and beyond the broken down unit and he sat my mind at ease. Would prefer to have him help us ever service call we have. It’s unfortunate that Goettl cannot keep good employees and has a large turnover. Those that are sent out are clearly not totally capable of doing the full job. Plus, since they are sales driven, and not interested in service, twice they sold us something we didn’t need and didn’t properly explain how to use it. And then, even though we had a guarantee. They wouldn’t honor it. Be careful of this company.

Tech Nick was fabulous and professional, front desk was extremely good and super friendly, and repairs was very fast and effective despite being temporary. Tomorrow I consult on replacing the whole unit but I'm expecting more fantastic service and timely scheduling.EDIT: replacement went great - Mike and Juan were absolute professionals, friendly and helpful, and the unit is working perfectly. I would have these guys out to my home anytime!

Within 24 hours Lincoln Air managed to have an older AC Unit at my rental property up and running again. I was out of town, and their ability to quickly respond, without too much of my own involvement was definitely appreciated! Highly recommended!!!

Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.

Curtis was on time and knowledgeable. He arrived at the home and was immediately to work, and ready to diagnose any issues with my system. He was training a new specialist, so he was multitasking and still getting the job done. Curtis truly went above and beyond to make sure I was informed on the system and what was needed to remedy my issues. Overall a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Curtis and his team for any of you HVAC needs!

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.

I really appreciate the 2 gentleman who came out yesterday to fix my plumbing at my apartment been waiting since February to have it fixed and now it works. Awesome job you 2. You rock!
