The technician, Christian, was great. Work was done as expected and in a timely manner with seemingly great quality.Prices the company charges are a bit steep.

Franz was absolutely amazing when he came to my home. He noticed a crack in my toilet during an inspection, which could have been disastrous. Then, regardless of the late hour, he went and got me a new toilet, installed it and then changed all my filters and fixed my toilet seat. All in less than two hours. So reliable and same day service. These are my new plumbers for life.

Excellent service with prompt appearance, polite behavior, and quality work. They explained what needed to be done, obtaining my approval for proposed payment. Were willing to work with insurance adjusters. Cleaned up after work was completed.

This company is absolutely the most amazing company I’ve ever worked with. They are dedicated to problem solving and getting the job done. Their customer service went further than any other company I’ve worked with. For example, they replaced half of the piping in my house two years ago and just the other day all my bathrooms and sinks clogged up and filled up. I called the company when everyone else was busy, the owners wife came out to help me resolve the issue herself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for superior service and someone who cares about the customer.

Just called these guys today (Sunday) and they were here within a couple hours. Their plumber James was outstanding and fixed our issue. No extra charge to use their camera either. A+

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. He even tackled a rusted soap dispenser that refused to budge. We are so grateful for his immediate response and professionalism. (And persistence!) Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Re pressurized ro tank

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I would definitely recommend Valleywide Plumbing & Patrick!
