Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

I would not hesitate calling Pink Plumbing and Sewer to get the job done. Was done timely, accurately and as promised. Everyone was happy.

Brandon was our initial contact. He came in and did a thorough check on our pipes using traditional as well as electronic camera equipment to determine the scope of the problem. Afterward, he explained the problem and provided an estimate of time and cost. We liked that he was very informative and caring for our situation. José was our main plumber. He laid out to us what he was going to do and an estimate of the time that it was going to take. He did that every day he was here. He stayed on schedule and did everything he said he would. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again.

My hot water heater wasn't working so I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to fix it. They had installed it in 2013. The technicians James & Josh were very nice. James told us that our elements weren't working, they were corroded, etc and he replaced both of them and said we'd have hot water in a few hours. Cost $500. When the next day rolled around and we still had no hot water I called again and was told it was an electrical issue and I should call an electrician. I asked why the elements were replaced if it was an electrical problem - I was told I would get a call back with answers to my questions but I never did receive a call.

Troy Greenwood and his crew were wonderful. My water heater broke and was still under warranty, so the Aussie guys came out next day, took the old heater out and replaced it with a brand new one! Troy also shared tips and best practices for how to extend my new water heaters life. They were nice, professional, timely and clean. I highly recommend!

I contacted Deer Valley Plumbing to resolve some inspection issues prior to closing on the sale of our house. I call them mid morning and by 1:30 pm there was a technician here. Deer Valley text me with a picture of the technician and approx arrival time. Eric did an excellent job in fixing each issue on the inspection report. Eric was friendly, professional and performed a thorough job in making sure every thing was up to Code. He also took pictures and provided a summary. I highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing. Devin & Reuben came quickly for our emergency. Professionally repaired the water pipe leak at a reasonable price. We will call them again!

Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job pumping my septic tank and kept me updated on what he was doing the whole time. Will definitely go through them again for any future needs!

Alan is knowledgeable, honest, shows on time, and has reasonable prices. He fixed our leaking shower valve, and installed a pressure regulator valve to reduce the high water pressure to use house. Highly recommend Springs Plumbing!

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy

Walt explains all options gives you the pricing upfront does the job properly and cleans up. I have already scheduled my 2022 new water heater service call.

Excellent, responsive and detailed service. James was quick and efficient and quickly identified and remedied the issue. 10/10 recommend! I had an unexpected leak and they sent someone out right away.

These guys are incredible and honest! We use their service for many of our projects and they are always on time, communicate well and fair in their pricing. If they get to a job and find that a repair is unnecessary, they always call and let us know. Everyone needs to work with this company!

Re pressurized ro tank

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
