Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. Tzvi and Jack couldn't be nicer or more professional. They answered any questions I had and were very quick and thorough with the job. They showed up even a bit earlier than expected and finished sooner than quoted. The women on the phone were also very nice and prompt with all communication. I certainly look forward to working with them in the years to come as they service the unit.

Scheduled appointment time was 8-10 am. I received a call that they were running late. The tech arrived about noon. The blockage was on the exterior of the house. I showed the Tech the location, and he worked up a price of $395 to run the snake and clear it. I have previously rented snakes from Home Depot and cleared blockages myself. At 72, I do not have the strength to put the large snake in my car. I was horrified at the price. If that information had been given to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would have used another company. I asked about the cost and was only told about the $79 service charge - not the excessive up charge.
