Best Clean Your Home in Phoenix AZ

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, especially negative ones. After googling for who could help me service and/or remove a water softener system, I found this company and the majority of reviews were positive. My system had a constant leak which was obviously time sensitive. I called and the person who answered the phone wasn't sure if I was in their service area (which shocked me since I have a very central zip code only about 10 miles from their place of business) and put me on hold to check. There was confusion and she came back on once or twice thinking I was someone else and was just kinda rude during this. Then I was disconnected. I wasn't upset, things happen, NBD. I called back and got VM several times. Then I got someone who seemed to be the owner and she was nice and apologetic and took all my info and said she was going to have the person who answers their phones call me "right back, ASAP". This was after we talked about my issue and I had expressed concern for the time sensitivity. 35 minutes later I hadn't heard back. I called back and explained I'd been waiting for my call back and the lady just said "Oh, yeah, you. If you have an emergency you need to call someone else". I had never said it was an emergency and I then explained that it wasn't an emergency BUT it WAS time sensitive. The only way she would have known about this from the owner who I talked to and I would think that BECAUSE they THOUGHT it was an emergency, they'd call me back to tell me that info instead of making me wait when they took my info and promised to call back. Keep in mind my original call to them was at 3:30pm on a Tuesday so during regular business hours and the call back was at 4pm. She said she needed to put me back on hold but I'd be the next caller. I was disconnected again. Keep in mind, the business owner had taken my information so they had my name and PHONE NUMBER. But she never called back. I obviously scheduled my service call with another company. I don't know who monitors these reviews but I feel strongly that the owner of the company should know that whoever is answering their phones is behaving this way. Not only did they lose my business but I work full time in the real estate industry and constantly have current and past clients asking for vendor referrals for home repairs so there's a lost opportunity there too. And many also ask my opinion of certain companies if I have experience with them. Needless to say, I would be very honest about my experience if ever asked. I am very disappointed and turned off by this entire experience.

(two other companies had sent plumbers to assess my situation but were unable to zone in on the real problem)Shade listened to what I said and actually found the underground leak within a very short time of being here. Shade notified underground service markers and then he was here to start the work as soon as marking was done.Shade was very professional and he kept me informed on all things during the entire process.Daniel assisted Shade in the labor of the project for the two days that it took. He too was very competent in helping to complete the job. Hand digging a trench line on hot Arizona days is not an easy task. After backfilling the trench they raked gravel back over the area and left my yard looking great.Shade and Daniel remained pleasant and positive the whole time.I am amazed they were able to complete the job in only two days.Thanks guys!!!

July, 2022 - Parker & Sons responded on back to back days to replace a condenser on a 5 year old Lennox AC/Heat Pump unit. I chose the Maintenance/Service contract when it was first installed and am glad I did. All I paid was the $95 deductible fee and my A/C is restored. It is July, 2022 in Phoenix, AZ so you can imagine how important A/C is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️March, 2023 - P&S was here to retar a broken seal on the roofs unit. During a recent down pouring I had a small drip coming inside from the main duct on the roof as a result. Jovanny was proficient and professional retarring the pipe on the roof. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was able to get a next day appointment for a garbage disposal replacement. While Franz was here, he was able to fix a couple of other things that needed attention. What a pleasant experience! Quality work, friendly interaction, very satisfied customer! Recommend Highly!!!!

These guys are always my go to plumber. Same day quick affordable service. Always clean and courteous.

Thought water heater needed to be replaced but Vance checked it out and only needed new thermocouple. Vance saved the day. Will use him again.

We were facing an issue of our plumbing pipe leak detection then we searched and got Springs Plumbing for detecting the leak. Firstly they listened our problem and instantly figured out the leak. Really impressed with the service they provided us. The staff was prompt courteous and efficient. Love the job guys.

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

I made a great choice in calling Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website has a Chat box which was so helpful for it allowed me to reach out before their office opened and communicate with Chris and share with him my situation. Upon their office opening, Chris called and scheduled a time to come out and review the issue. Chris was prompt, professional, polite, efficient, kind and cost was very reasonable. Please consider Chris and his team for all your plumbing needs; you won't be disappointed.

Well, Firstly, I was having trouble with my water heater, it wasn't working, Then, I went on google looking for plumbers in the local area, I happen to come across Laszlos plumbing. Then, I figured that I would do them a favor by giving them business. So, I called and talked to someone and gave him the description of the water heater and he basically told me everything that I needed to hear. So, he asked me if I wanted a technician to come out and look at the water heater, just to look at it, it was $75 dollars. So the technician comes out the next morning and looks at it without touching it and charges me $75 dollars just to look at it, so basically, everything that I needed to know was already told to me over the phone, so basically, I wasted $75 dollars, I wish the man who was talking to me over the phone would have told that to me that it wasn't necessary to send someone over, and on top of that, the guy that came over had a bad attitude as well.

This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.

Thank you George Brazil for hiring professionals who know what they are doing and care about the customer! Our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our garage yesterday. After an emergency triage service last night we were promised that we would have someone at our home by 6 am to get our water heater replaced and fix our electrical. The next morning our plumber arrived, as promised! Shout out to Shane Cotton and Robert Jantz for working all day in the heat to get us up and running again. They were thorough and took time to explain our options. They made a stressful situation a lot easier. I would call George Brazil again in a heartbeat!
