Once again (I live in a 50+ year old house) I am thrilled at the service I received from this company. In this case, Steve #3 took the time, and had patience with me, as he fixed my toilet tank - and today it works PERFECTLY!

Steve wraps his expertise up in a kind, caring and humorous personality that, like sunrise and sunset, you can ALWAYS count on. He listens, he helps, his manner is always that of service, and he has always gotten it right with my family. The prices are always fair and competitive and the service (at least for me) never needs a return call - in other words, they get it right the first time.

You may be able to find a cheaper company out there, or one that promises the moon and stars, but I can tell you this: I have been on this earth long enough to know I want excellent, I want promises kept, I want money where mouth is, and I want it fixed correctly with no hassles. And that is exactly why I will always call Accent Plumbing. Call, Come, Fix, Done.

Was having problems with my RO system and happened call when they were running a special. They not only fixed the problem but gave me some great tip to improve the system. Very happy either their service.

Our technician, Cameron, was very friendly and very experienced.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. I was only given the opportunity to give Cameron 5 stars, but I would give him 10 if I could!!

After our home maintenance company, One Guard, denied coverage for our leaking hot water tank (suddenly we're responsible for the city's water pressure, although this is not an exclusion in the contract we have with them), we found Deer Valley Plumbing through the warranty company that we still had another year of coverage under for the tank. Deer Valley's entire team, from the first call to the office to the amazing plumbers that came to do the work, were professional, courteous, reliable, friendly and meticulous (they consistently wore covers on their shoes when walking inside our home). David called ahead to let us know he was coming, showed up on time and with another plumber, Lorenzo, did a terrific job on several items for us in addition to handling the warranty replacement of our hot water heater with the manufacturer (which they also submitted all the paperwork for, something most other plumbers would not do). Both were friendly, immediately introduced themselves and were very communicative while they were here. They installed a pressure reducing valve on our main water line, replaced a leaky hose bib and installed a new pull-down faucet in our laundry room. All of the pricing and details were provided prior to commencement of the work; David actually worked up several options for us and we were able to pick what we wanted to have done. He also evaluated additional items for us, answering all of our questions and reaching out to others at the company if he didn't have an immediate answer. All of the work was completed in one day, much to our relief and satisfaction. We plan to continue to use them moving forward.

Walt came out immediately on a miserable, rainy night to assist my elderly mother with a sewer back up into her home. He identified and addressed the issue and was kind to her. He worked with her insurance carrier to explain the details of what he found and was instrumental in getting her claim covered (you want a knowledgeable plumber when working with insurance carriers these days and even then, insurance companies hate to cover water/sewerage claims). We have had him come back out to her house proactively, to auger all her lines again so this situation never repeats, replace lines to her dishwasher, re-seat or replace toilets, change out valves under sinks, etc. Based on his work for mom, we called him this week to find a leak in our own home, that three prior plumbers had been unable to locate- he did not disappoint. He found and repaired the leak and cleaned up every area in which he worked- a contractor who cleans up after himself is unheard of anymore. Walt is the best plumber with whom I've ever had contact- completely professional, deeply experienced, dogged in diagnosing and addressing the issues, and a good human. Good plumbing is costly but without good diagnosis and repair, there will be more bills, headaches and disruption to one's life later. You want the best plumber you can get and Walt is that plumber!!

Well, Firstly, I was having trouble with my water heater, it wasn't working, Then, I went on google looking for plumbers in the local area, I happen to come across Laszlos plumbing. Then, I figured that I would do them a favor by giving them business. So, I called and talked to someone and gave him the description of the water heater and he basically told me everything that I needed to hear. So, he asked me if I wanted a technician to come out and look at the water heater, just to look at it, it was $75 dollars. So the technician comes out the next morning and looks at it without touching it and charges me $75 dollars just to look at it, so basically, everything that I needed to know was already told to me over the phone, so basically, I wasted $75 dollars, I wish the man who was talking to me over the phone would have told that to me that it wasn't necessary to send someone over, and on top of that, the guy that came over had a bad attitude as well.

Orlando was great and awesome we would take him any time of the week.

We called All hours plumbing at 1130pm on new years eve. They were able to have someone come out and fix our leaking bathroom sink that same night!!! We have used them before and will continue to do so. Thank you Jim your a lifesaver!!

Lauren was amazing. After having two other plumbers try and clear out a clogged tub and sink drain and be unsuccessful, Lauren from Valleywide Plumbing came out and got it cleared out in less than an hour. She was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Valleywide.

The more I think about that experience the more I get upset and feel like I got taken advantage of. I'll break it down to 2 categories for this review. On the job completed, I'll give the guy who came to my house a 4.5 out of 5 stars. He was extremely competent and before the day started, my only worry was that the mechanic wouldn't be able to fix my lights or would have to run up a bill and charge me for random tests to diagnose the problem. After 2 seconds he identified the problem. But that was where it went south. He didn't give me a price right there. He identified the breakers as needing to be replaced (i never had a problem with them and believe in the motto if its not broken don't fix it). He insisted on replacing all the breakers or half. I said yes at first because I assumed they might be connected to the light problem too (they weren't). When he comes back with tools I ask again to just fix the lights and give me an estimate on the smoke detectors. He again refuses to give me an estimate on just the lights and includes the breakers. At that point I'm just like you can go, I don't need the lights turned on for $3500. He insists and insists and insists and I finally give in. It felt like a used car salesman. I give him 0/5 stars for that treatment. Why couldn't he just fix my lights instead of leaving me with an extra $3K in debt? I'm not writing this to hurt the company or the salesman (otherwise I'd leave his name). Just want to get the word out there so people know what they're dealing with and to be firm and not friendly they just want to take your money at your expense. My breakers did not need to be replaced. Now I owe all this money.

Had a clogged drain and Mason came out the next morning and had it done in about 30 minutes The service call was arranged on Roto Rooters 24 hour call line which was very helpful in getting prompt service.The technician ( Mason) was very courteous and helpful.Overall We had a great customer experience.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I consider Tutko an expert in all things plumbing - I have had them help me with a leaky faucet, a drainage/backup issue, and a water heater replacement. Each time they are extremely prompt and professional.

Paul was super responsive when I needed help. He assessed the problem with no additional fees and gave me a fair price on repairs. He was a joy to work with, very personable and even gave me Options for future modifications.

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

Jason & Tyler were the two workers who came to my casita. I was very impressed. They maintained social distancing and work masks without being prompted. Jason was a real problem-solver and was sensitive to the needs that I had to make my shower user friendly.
