When it comes to restoration issues, I have no real experience dealing with it at this point in my life. If I ever did need that kind of service, it would be a no brainer on who I call. Austin Michael Ehn. This man would be at my house ready to go before I even called for his assistance. You can trust in the kind of work that he will bring you.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

Shamrock, Isaih, and Casey did a great job at our home. They were very professional, and did a great job of leaving our home clean after they were done. They were very courteous and treated us with respect. Tony was also very personable, understanding, and provided us great assistance.

his team were very professional and thorough. They took extra time to walk me through the process
and deal with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Square One!

Bright Home did a great job helping us fix up our bathroom after a bad leak that our insurance covered. Brendan helped work to make sure that everything went smoothly and that the our bathroom was restored to even better than before! We are happy with our choice to use this company!

Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

The owner and this crew were amazing! They were courtious on time and super super nice. They did an amazing job with the mold removal and cleaning of our roof. The estimate was free and I got to say a very affordable price too. Highly recommend him! Thanks!

After calling several local plumbers and not being able to get ahold of anybody, I Googled 'Emergency Plumbers'. Roto-Rooter popped up right away. The website said Tucson (we're a little over an hour away), but I was familiar with the Roto-Rooter name, and I was desperate because our faucet underneath the bathroom sink was leaking AND we had company flying in the next day. The lady on the phone let me know ahead of time there was a travel charge and it'd be about 90 minutes. Jacob arrived in that time frame, checked out the issue, wrote down what needed to be fixed and the cost, and explained everything before proceeding. Jacob was professional, friendly, funny, honest, and thorough. He even asked my husband if he wanted to watch him and he explained what he was doing during the process of fixing the issue. During the visit, Jacob discovered another issue we had with our plumbing and gave us an estimate without pushing us to schedule the repair with Roto-Rooter. After he was done, he sat with us and reviewed everything again. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs and will request Jacob George for my technician.

I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

SCAMMERS!! They are charging an outrageous amount with no backup. There have been multiple requests to provide invoices and backup and this company has refused to provide, and then sends you to collections without any documentation from the company prior. Insurance has denied as a fraud charge and for good reason, there is a 10,000 MOB fee, in what world!? Now they are harassing homeowner to collect and cannot even provide back up? They are crooked company!!
