Home Solutionz is the best company for flooring services. I hired them to remove the carpet in my Scottsdale home and put a tile floor in it. They are fantastic, and their team did an excellent job. Since I moved into my home in 2008, I've wanted new flooring. The original flooring had seen many years of living. In 2021, my wish was fulfilled. I was able to put in new flooring. Friends who recently had new flooring highly recommended Toscani Tile for installation as did the company who sold me the flooring. When Nick from Toscani came to the house to give me an estimate, I instantly felt him to be a man of integrity who would provide high quality workmanship. Nick, Tito and Pedro did an excellent job of installing my new vinyl plank floor. When they left the job there was no debris. Everything was cleaned up. Now every morning when I wake up and walk on my new floor, I thank them for such an outstanding job.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

Tony's Tile did an absolutely wonderful job in my kitchen replacing countertops and installing a backsplash. Tony was very prompt and helpful in all communication, including providing an estimate, assisting with materials selection and the installation itself. His team was polite and courteous, always on time and left my kitchen very clean. They really transformed the room for me and I highly recommend using them for all tile and stone needs.

I was about to use this company for backsplash. Audrey came out, did an estimate. Sent me to some tile places. She told me to get samples and contact her and she will come back out. That never happen. She told me that she was going to stop by but canceled because she was sick. Then told me that she will come the next day and that never happened. Then I get a text saying she can't come for several weeks. My goal was to schedule this for April 15. They wasted my time. I guess they didn't want my business.

Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing wood tile throughout our entire house. Not only was he very knowledgeable but him and his team were very professional and efficient, easy to work and happy to be here. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.
