Good efficient service

I needed a plumbing repair done same day on a Sunday. Diamondback had a technician out and the repairs done in 3 hours and all for a reasonable price. Great customer service! That's why I keep going back.

I have used them twice now and can't say enough about the folks at Wyman. Tamra is professional, friendly, and will help to get you scheduled as quickly as possible around your needs.

Plumbers can be expensive, but I find that Wyman does the work for a reasonable charge.

The plumbers are professional as well. Juan in particular is a true craftsman, works meticulously, and both times he left the site cleaner than it was before he started.

I am starting their monthly RO service because I trust that I'll get a quality product and excellent service from Wyman. I highly recommend them for anyone with plumbing needs in the Phoenix metro area.

Arben did an exceptional job repairing a leak we had behind our shower wall. Additionally, he installed a new hose spigot, shut off valves under kitchen sink and kitchen faucet. Highly recommend ?

Troy was very professional and thorough. He quickly responded to our request, came out the next morning, arrived before our appointment (gasp, a plumber who doesn’t arrive late!) and was able to finish the job in less time than was estimated (double gasp). We were so impressed, we are asking Aussie plumbing to fix out shower and bathroom sink fixtures.

Jason B was an awesome technician. He knew exactly what to do, got right to work and fixed the problem immediately. He is very skilled at his job and I couldn't be more happy with his work. I was extremely pleased with his service and I would never think twice to let him work on any problems I had.



Beyond his work he was just a good guy. Very nice and honest. Deer Valley Plumbing should really appreciate having this guy around. While he was here he shared with me that he was a former Marine which just made me respect him that much more.



My entire experience with DVP was above par. Priced very fairly, responded immediately and sent out the right man for the job.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

We contacted George Brazil at 0800 and by 1020 our technician had arrived. Gabriel diagnosed the problem and notified APS that they had some issue to resolve. We then decided to have some long overdue maintenance done on our panel and he did that quickly and efficiently.APS arrived and Gabriel briefed their tech on the problem, which was quickly corrected.Overall this expensive experience was made a little bit easier to take due to the friendly and professional manner with which Gabriel conducted himself.George Brazil - you have good man there - you should keep him
