The initial service was to get my water heater going when we discovered no hot water. Scheduled it’s replacement the next week. They were very flexible with our schedule to get the installation completed. Our technician, Ergon, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and equipped to finish the installation in a timely manner. Very impressed with this service.

This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!

Eric came on site to do a job that most would consider a 2 person job and not only completed on time did it with a smile on his face. I don't regularly do these reviews but Eric was just a good dude with a can do attitude. Deer Valley Plumbing is now our new contractor of choice...

Maritza was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me stop my toilet from flushing so that I could get a good night’s sleep. She stayed with me on the phone for the entire process when no other plumber would even answer my calls late Friday evening. I will definitely use her company in the future. Customer service just doesn’t get this good!

I had a leak on an outside spigot and the guys came out within 30mins of me calling to take a look. They were very professional and offered a few different options to fix my leak. They fixed my leak quickly and were very personable and professional the entire time. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Paul is awesome. Squeezed me in late on a Friday when my garbage disposal was losing it's mind. He showed-up and there was water all over the floor and sink. He got right to work and within an hour I had a new disposal and he was cleaning up the work area. Charged me a fair price. If I have any other plumbing issues, Paul is goint to be my man.

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

I had hired a different electrical company to install outdoor lighting a few weeks ago and was deeply disappointed by deceptive practices and shotty service so I was a little leery. I spoke to a representative at George Brazil who arranged for a quote. .The stellar customer service experience started there. When the electrician arrived I braced myself and prepared to be overcharged. The quote was a little more than expected but I wanted the project completed. That's where it started! Jon's attention to detail was obvious from the beginning. After a couple of hours I was invited to see the finished work and I was OVERJOYED and changed my mind about the cost. It was worth it! The site was clean and he went above and beyond to make it PERFECT! He even went further into sharing instructions that might come in handy later. I could NOT be happier. Technician replaced one of my leaking hose bibs as well as the troubleshoot another leaking back flow valve. He was very nice and did the work very quickly. He didn’t need to replace the back flow valve so did not charge me to troubleshoot it. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
