This review is late in coming...In September 2014 Joe and Daryl (Yogi and Booboo) came out to replace our water heater (1988 Montgomery Ward). Living in a mobile home, with limited space for a water heater, Joe had to get a small water heater. He also assisted with getting a water restoration team out to assist with the water damage that happened. Their positive attitude made a stressful situation manageable. Due to the water damage to the water heater closet the water heater was placed in the driveway next to the home. This would allow us time to have the repairs completed due to the water damage.Yogi returned in December to install the water heater into the water heater closet. After informing him of the issues with the water restoration company, Joe ensured that our concerns with the water restoration company were relayed to the George Brazil management team. Joe’s extra effort to ensure we were happy is greatly appreciated. We were so thankful for Parker and Sons who came to replace our thermostat! We discovered that the wiring on our Day and Night A/C and Heating systems were not compatible with normal thermostats and had to call Parker and Sons to come out. Thankfully they didn't charge any extra for a weekend call and the service call fee was waived with the repairs. Luis was very professional and helpful and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They even offer a military discount! We will absolutely use this company in the future!
