Called Custom for a diagnosis and estimate of a leak, inside a shower wall, that was softening and bubbling drywall; our insurer denied coverage, as we hadn't met their 14 day "window" to file a claim on it, so we were on our own. Big morale flattener! Pulled up Home Advisor, entered my job order, and Custom was the first response with a 4:30 p. phone call. Office lady said she'd have plumber Keith out in 2 hours to quote the job and, sure enough, Keith rang the doorbell at about 6:30. He asked permission to open the wall up, which I granted; he quickly diagnosed a leaking diverter valve and suggested a new single knob Moen, with an oval trim plate that would cover the dual handle holes in the shower tile. Since he had two more calls that night, he'd call next morning with the quote (but he'd cap off the pipe feeding the diverter leak, before leaving). I asked him to also include replacement of a back yard, heavily-leaking hose bibb, connected to 47 year-old metal galvanized pipe, that I'd tried unsuccessfully to unscrew, but gave up for fear of torquing the fragile old pipe into a twist split, or snapping it. He asked to see it--took one look and said, "I'll fix this right now for you, so you can at least relax, where this water loss is concerned." I asked how much it would add to his quote and my mouth dropped when he said, "NO CHARGE--its a 5-minute fix, with the right tools, so I'm not going to charge you for something this simple." About 5 minutes later, he'd safely installed the new bibb that I'd bought earlier in the day! He then went back inside, sawed off and capped the cold water pipe to the diverter, and, with a cheerful "Call you tomorrow morning" (which he did), left for his next call. Now, while Custom isn't necessarily the cheapest outfit out there, WHO ELSE OFFERS EXTRA SERVICE LIKE THAT, with such empathy for a stressed customer? I sure haven't met them, yet, so you can bet Keith's business card is at the front of my Rolodex's plumbing tab! You'll be in excellent hands, should you dial them up. First-rate service, but more importantly, first-rate people, if they're anything close to Keith!

My garbage disposal stopped worked so I requested a free consultation. The dispatcher was kind and friendly. The technician arrived on time which was fantastic since it was scheduled the same day.The technician quoted me $600-900 after taking less than a minute to determine the cause of the problem. I told him I’d have to talk to my boyfriend first. Our power went out today with the bad weather and when it came back on, the disposal was working again. I now question the plumbing skills of that technician. It was obvious he cared more about getting money than properly diagnosing and fixing problems.

Troy Greenwood and his crew were wonderful. My water heater broke and was still under warranty, so the Aussie guys came out next day, took the old heater out and replaced it with a brand new one! Troy also shared tips and best practices for how to extend my new water heaters life. They were nice, professional, timely and clean. I highly recommend!

I suspected a slab leak and didn’t even know where to start with the confirmation of the leak and repair options. I was referred to Arizona Plumbing through a previous client and was not disappointed. DerIck from Arizona Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call to assess the issue. He helped me work with my home owner’s insurance for repair and restoration and thankfully I was approved for a re-pipe to bypass the leak so that my foundation did not have to be cut into. Moreno was the fantastic technician that came to complete the re-pipe. He was professional and friendly. He completed the re-pipe with only having to cut two hidden patches of drywall and the repair was complete within hours. I could not be happier with the service I received from Arizona Plumbing. This is an extremely dishonest company..A tech came out to evaluate my hot water heater and said it needed to be replaced..They could not replace it with another hot water heater of the same type and the modifications would be a little over $300 and that would be the highest price..I agreed and gave them my cc info..my warranty company said they agreed to the repair and the modifications would be $425 per Pruitt's plumbing..

I called Pruitt's and was told that was the price and when I explained this, they contacted the tech who denied giving me any prices...what!?!?

In addition, I never received a call back from management to discuss this issue...I wonder why?

Stay away from this disgust place...Seek an honest business that knows that fair treatment will gain you future business from not only the client but, referrals..

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Good plumbers they always respond fast to emergencies even after hours

I did not have service done by them and won't. The drive of one of their vans drove through a 25 MPH school zone doing 40MPH. Then cut me off and almost hit me. With reckless driving like that, what kind of work do they do?
