Had toilet repaired, cost about $150. After about 7.5 months both parts of the toilet bowl broke. Spend a few more dollars on better products. Want it done right either do it yourself or use someone else

Last year Johnny remodeled half my condo; removed walls, added walls, fixed the last plumbers job, corrected me on code compliance when I suggest where to put the new outlets, beautiful job texture coating and painting. I had him back recently to remodel the rest of the condo. He picked out the LED lighting, filled in where the ugly fluorescent lights were, suggested the molding and door trim design; another perfect job from Johnny. I would recommend him for any repair or remodel large or small.

George arrived on time and with C19 protective gear. Worked quietly & quickly to install my interior barn doors. He had to make a Home Depot run, but still completed the project in a reasonable amount of time.

I just called to see if interested in work! When answer phone he was unprofessional just a hello not a company greeting. . Was pretty rude honetly! then before finshed talking it was im busy it be a month and hung up. Sounds like you need a break or find another carrer not dealing with public!!

Will does amazing work! I’ve had him come by for several projects including replacing outdated ceiling lights with new LEDs that he found for me, installing a dimmer switch for the new lights and patch/paint around them, replaced my water heater, put up a new garage light, and put in a new mailbox. Every project was done extremely well and he’s very easy to work with and discuss what you’re looking for. I will absolutely be calling Will for all of my future home repair projects!

I'm a pretty handy gal but needed some assistance installing a toilet in my guest bathroom upstairs. I cames came in and had installed super quick and hauled away my old toilet. In 40 years of home ownership I have employed many Handymen. Patrick is the most outstanding professional, with a range of professional talents, that I have ever had the pleasure, and the luck of retaining his services.
My project was a custom design of upgrading a small Casita attached to my home and converting it into a very livable unit for future guests, and eventually for my son. I originally felt I would have to arrange for several handymen. First person, a general handyman to remove a 40-year old AC unit from the outside storage area, and its air handler from a room in the patio. Second person, an electrician to get power to the Window AC, and custom-wise, to create a power outlet on the casita closet wall, Third, another handyman, carpenter-type to cut a hole in the wall to install/mount the window AC unit, arrange for the power connection, and then, probably # four person, a real carpenter-type to do the finish mounting of the Window AC unit, and frame it nicely on the wall in the casita, and then to cut a hole in the door to the space that holds the water-heater and the Window AC. Then, to cover the hole in the door with a tasteful screen, with aesthetically cut and painted framing, so the AC unit would get air to operate.
Well, Patrick did it all, with a great attitude and more professionally than I have ever experienced. I take my hat off to him. Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.
