I broke my main waterline putting in fence post holes (DOH!), and was able to put in a pretty sketchy temporary fix, but obviously I needed a professional repair pretty quickly. The first plumber I called flaked on me the day they were supposed to come and did not show up. I found Plumbrite in a couple of recommendations on NextDoor, and gave them a call. Aaron was very professional and honest about his availability, but assured me he absolutely would show up. As it turns out, he called me back and let me know he should be able to come out later that day instead of two days later if he could get the parts. He called again to let me know he was able to get the parts, then called again to let me know he was on his way. His estimate for the parts and labor were very fair (plumbing expertise does not come cheap and gas and parts prices are through the roof). He even encouraged me to call around for other estimates to be sure I was satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make a perfect repair very quickly. Then to my total shock, the bill came out less than the estimate! In talking to Aaron while he worked, it was very clear to me that Plumbrite knows how to run a successful business by making customer satisfaction their top priority. I will absolutely call them first for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Zack was very friendly and professional did our plumbing inspection and recommended a preventive fix. It was a good call he did the repair quickly. I like being pro active and not reactive when it would cost ten times more.Good job ZackNick was here and flushed my water heater. Replaced the ionizing rod. Ready to go for another year. The Brazil team are friendly, working especially safe due to this virus. Trucks are well stocked with parts. Good job Nick and thanks.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

Tech Nic came on time and and accurately diagnosed the problem. He estimated the project and told us how it would cost. Tech Nic corrected the trouble with minimal restoration required. Outstanding plumber. I learned a lot from him.

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.

Hard working group of men

Matthew responded to my emergency of a broken pipe behind the water heater and inside the wall. He had to pull the water heater to get to the pipe in the wall. He was fast, fixed it properly and gave me options & suggestions for repairing the water damage to my laundry & kitchen. He then call the right people who responded immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The restoration co. arrived set up equipment to dry out the walls and cabinets, and left an air scrubber to ensure no mold or toxins circulated in my home. Great work Matthew! I hope you are the plumber they send when ever I call.

Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

I reached out to several local plumbers to replace a water heater at a rental unit of mine. After speaking with several other plumbers, I called Dave Somers Plumbing and s/w Dave. I could tell right away he was knowledgable and seemed honest, so I hired his his company. I had previously worked with different plumbers/handyman types but was looking for a go-to plumber as I have issues that come up reguraly. Dave fit me into schedule quickly and was right on time (bonus: their scheduling/notification system of arrival, completion and invoicing is state of the art and best I have seen), he was able to fix quickly with minimal down time, was extremely easy to deal with and charged reasonable price (not always the case). I highly recommend Dave Somers Plumbing for any large or small jobs and I am very happy to find a plumber I can count on for future jobs. Thanks Dave and Dave Somers Plumbing!
