Oliver came out from Roto-Rooter for a toilet issue. He was on time, very professional and friendly. Before Oliver started any work he explained what issues it could be and the associated costs, which was nice to hear up front. He completed the repair and cleaned the area. Nu Flow lined and repaired my main pipes. All technicians were in house, no outside contractors. They were all knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. They explained what they were going to do and did it. My pipes are like new. The support staff were all courteous, and to the point. I couldn't be happier. Nu Flow did an excellent job.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

They were quick to call me after i contacted them . Travis the service man was very good at exsplaning every thing that needed attention. I was very satisfied with the whole time he was here.

Bad choice

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

Jared was very pleasant to work with on our slab leak and water heater replacement. He and Nick the repair work on the plumbing reroute and cleaned up their worksite afterwards, which is very much appreciated.

I called Zippity to snake a mainline clog. They were great to work with, responded quickly and worked around my schedule. Turns out a snake wouldn't clear our grease clog so the tech explained the problem and what it would take to fix it, he didn't charge me for the service I didn't need. I will 100% turn to them again for my plumbing needs.
