Supposedly electrical circuit issue was going to be trouble shot in lieu of the last hvac checkout that was left on our maintenance contract. The electrician did a great job, but was unaware of any reduction/credit for the remaining hvac visit. No one informed him of the credit previously discussed. Great work, but poor communication from the folks that made the appointment.

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Before and during the process, both technicians communicated frequently and purposefully. Cameron, Franz, and The Aussie Plumber office staff were all very professional throughout the process. I feel the price of service was fair and high quality. Thank you so much!

Came out without an hour of my call to take a look at a leak and fixed my issue same day. Ended up being more effort than expected due to the leak being inside a block wall, but honored the initially quoted price. Highly recommend.

The service call related to a broken kitchen faucet in my home. They fixed the problem with minimal cost in a very effective manner.

Toilet was super clogged and not smelling the best. These guys were out within an hour and got my toilet working again great. James was super professional and a great help. In and out within 10 minutes great service, nice guys and fast response all exactly what I needed. Thank you again!!!

Rose M. Was hands-down the most friendly, happy, delightful technician we've ever had to the house. She took pictures of our A/C unit so we could see what was wrong. She gave us several different pricing options. When we mentioned we had a homeowners warranty that might cover the repairs, she encouraged us to check with them first, rather than pressure selling us. She even stayed while we contacted the company to offer additional feedback. It's so refreshing to have someone give you options and time to make the best decision. Thanks so much!
