I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

Jesse Green from Custom Plumbing of AZ came out to clean a clogged drain for us. Our little one had flushed some type of toy down the upstairs toilet. I had already retrieved a 2" ball with an auger that I bought from Home Depot. But, there was obviously more down there. Jesse used a camera and a long snake to drag out whatever it was causing backup in our pipes. It was relatively quick and painless. It cost $69 total. The fee was going to be $299 because it was a foreign object, but Jesse made sure it was only the initial quote of $69. We're grateful it didn't cost more!

Our service provider Thomas was amazing. He was efficient, cleanly, and informative. He truly took the time to help us out with understanding all the things we need to lookout for.Highly recommend Thomas as your plumbing expert!

Had an issue at first but it was quickly resolved and repaired. After calling for service, They were at my house within an hour. Problem solved. Can't beat the price.

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. The customer service is excellent. They came out on a holiday while my business was closed so they would not interfere with my customers. My building was built in 1958 and this was the best option out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
