If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

Excellent service !! Thank-you, Andrew sent a text advising he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. Then he advised he may be able to provide a lower price if he went to another supplier for the part. Brass versus plastic...it was for a landscape fix. I chose the reduced price, he left. Withing an hour he was back with the required part and had it installed within the hour. This was my 2nd time using this company, I was not disappointed the 1st time, and I was throughly delighted with my 2nd encounter.

We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

James was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He got the job done, addressed all my questions and explained the features of the water heater. And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.
