Best Toilet Installation in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This was our first experience using Anthony’s Plumbing and it was everything you hope for. Our technician was Lupe who was professional and on time. Lupe was thorough on his explanation and made sure we understood what was being done with each step in the repair. Lisa and Regina were easy to deal with regarding appointments and payments. This company provides quality service and values the customer experience.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

As always I'm extremely pleased with the service I got. This was the second time that Pepe has been to my house and as before he was friendly , respectful and professional. He was clear about each step and did an exceptional job in a timely manner. It was obvious he was all about doing things the right way. I would and have recommended reddi services to others because of Pepe and employees like him.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. On thanksgiving my kitchen sink backed up....after my husband tried to fix the problem and it didn't work we knew a plumber was needed. I Google plumbers and Rooter ranger was the cheapest on the list. We called and within the hour Danny a plumber with rooter ranger was here. He was super quick, Absolutely friendly, didn't mind our mess from thanksgiving dinner. And his job was sucessful. I have my sink back and I am super grateful. Danny thank you!!!! Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
