We just had two new AC systems installed in our home after our old ones were done. Not a pleasant surprise. We got six estimates and went with Hobaica. We chose them because they had a solid reputation, very fair in pricing and had equipment in stock. They told us two weeks, but surprised us with one week early installation. Ivan and Troy were our installers. They arrived on time and installed both units in about 8 hours. They worked nonstop. Very professional and we even talked and laughed at the end of the installation. Highly recommend.

Ronald was very professional and on time and explained everything very thoroughly to me and I would recommend him to anyone that handles or stays with Goettl. It would be my desire to have Ronald come and always check my air conditioning and heating units if that’s possible.

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

This company is a joke! They quoted me $1400 to replace a hot water heater with the same exact unit and then tried to tell me the reason why the hot water heater cracked was because there was no pressure relief installed which there was. I got the job done by a licensed plumber for 1/2 of that. I will never use these guys again!!!!

I called due to some electrical concerns after moving into our new home. I have used Parker and Sons many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Mitch ( the election) was amazing. He took the time to address all of my concerns and even talked me through the process of some upgrades. He was very personable and made sure we understood completely. We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. I didn’t get to use this service because in lite of quoting me a 12 hour response time, they still haven’t shown up 27 hours later. Apparently now they say they don’t do emergency havoc service. Today was 110 yesterday it was 111. My apartment is close to 90 degrees, siting in the dark. I have appointments tomorrow and my minor child will be home alone in this heat. I cannot take her with. Same thing for Tuesday. So the soonest they can come out now is Wednesday morning. We have excessive heat warnings during those days again. When the customer service rep assured me not once but three times that someone would cal me back and they didn’t, I should have guessed. You don’t hide from customers when you make a mistake.

Good honest , hit on all points, efficient and quick to diagnose and make the repair. I recommend this company, very pleased with their service. My tech (Austin) was very good at his job.
