I was so impressed with Diamondback Plumbing especially the receptionist, Michelle, who recognized that this was an emergency and reacted with compassion and speed. She send Tony who arrived in 15 minutes and was so good. He took care of a leaking water heater by replacing it and showed so much concern to a senior who was distraught to say the lest. THANK YOU!!

Jim came to our house to repair a drain leak within an exterior wall of our house. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem and made the repair while minimizing the amount of stucco that had to be removed to access the pipe. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use A Accent again should the need for plumbing services come up.

The company set up a timely appointment, notified me of time of arrival and arrived as scheduled. The technician, Junior, was very knowlegible and explained and demonstrated every aspect of the repair. He was able to address and repair every one of my problems including one that another company had tried and failed to repair. Very happy with both Pruitts and tech Junior who made three major repairs quickly and effeciently.

Were here on time and installed my faucet in kitchen at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful. Checked some other plumbing issues that I had at no extra cost. I’m definitely using them again!

We had a leak in in our washer drain since it was very clogged up and made our house a mess. Called bunch of places to shop around and end up with these guys. They took care of it the same day and it was amazing and they were actually nice people compare to other plumbers I've seen.

George Brazil did an excellent job of replacing our old A/C unit. Their folks were friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient, and took great pains to get the new unit installed correctly. Even though there were some hardware problems, they got the unit working, then came back in the morning with fully tested replacements for the factory parts that had initially failed. I would highly recommend George Brazil to anyone who is looking for a new A/C, or to have your current system properly maintained. You can't go wrong with these guys!

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Installed a new water heater and water purification system.

He has been a dependable member of my property management team for the past three years. The first time I had him come out to solve what I thought was a serious problem, he fixed it in about two hours and had the replacement components in his car - even offering two different sink stopper options!

Thank goodness for Charles and Delaney's Plumbing. I decided I thought it would be a good idea to try and put a paper towel amongst other various items down my garbage disposal.

I tried to unclog it myself and just before putting a drain cleaner down the drain I thought it might be best to give Charles a call. Good thing I did too. Not only did Charles come over quickly to assess the issue but he did it on a Saturday evening at 6pm.

Charles gave me some do's and don'ts for my garbage disposal and had my drain unclogged and working in no time.

I needed the shut off valve to my hot water heater replaced. He not only completed that, but tested my water pressure and checked other things around the house. He recommended replacing my washer hoses to prevent a leak. I really appreciated the full review and he's a friendly guy. I am going to keep his info for the future.
