We had our usual excellent service with Maloney Plumbing. Colin did a great job diagnosing our issue, discussing options and solving our problem.

I am always concerned calling someone I have never used before, however I called in a Sunday, the person that answered was friendly and sympathetic to our clog that was backing up in the downstairs tub, they sent someone out within the hour, the tech called to confirm when he was 30 minutes out, he was professional, and informative with the problem, told me the price, which was inline with what I thought it would be, after the work was complete and our drain was checked for flow the price was exactly what they told me. Very happy with the service, and will definitely use them again for anything we may need.

We feel we have finally found our permanent plumbing company. Anthony, our incredible technician, provided amazing service due to his hard work, diligence, expertise, knowledge and proficiency. Not only did he install the new trim kits for the shower, tub and sinks efficiently, but he made suggestions, gave advice and solved other issues. He was willing to also reset our leaky toilet in the guest bathroom and he replaced the outdated outside water valve. His helpfulness, attitude, kindness, patience and professionalism is outstanding. The owner is interested in lifetime customers, and he has one in us. We found a company we can trust and rely on. The office professionals are wonderfully courteous as we received an electronic invoice promptly from Sharon and a wonderful follow-up call from Pam ensuring we had a positive experience, which we certainly did. Repaired a flange on the toilet, but upon reinstall the float broke. Tech probably grabbed it to tighten the water supply line. Anyway, that broke, then the rep just walked away from the job. Walked in a day later to a flooded house. Be sure to stay on top of your technician. He will leave you a flood if you you do not monitor him. Tried to get me to pay another 130 trip fee to fix the flood as well. Note to plumber: if you hear or see a leak, at least have the courtesy to turn off the water and tell me. Toilet was hissing! And don't say you just lift the toilet, I saw a pic w the tank cover off.

These guys were just terrible i called them on a routine pluggeg drain for a spcial they had for 69$ the plumber came out ran his snake through the main drain pipe and end up running the snake all the way up and through the toilet breaking the base of the toilet!!! The snake was literally flopping around inside the hall way of our house now the compant wont take responsibilty and even worse the techician is lying it was already broken i do not recommend these guys at all terrible company!!!! I am goingvto BBB andcreport them and taking them to court!!! Not to mention the plumber offered to fix toilet he broe for 750$ rediculous!!!!

Full supply line replacement from street to house started at 8:30 done by 4:30 including bore drilling. These guys were A+ on this one. Could have been a long weekend without water. Thanks!

Quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my knocking pipes and fixed it. Great service. Used them twice now and will keep using them in the future.

This was easily the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing repair. Troy from Aussie Plumber absolutely went above and beyond on diagnosing, explaining, and executing the necessary repairs. Our issues with air-knocking pipes, whistling pipes, and then 2 separate leaks (one outside, one sump-related) were not simple. It took a lot of work to figure it all out, then there were product/part sourcing challenges. Along the way, Troy (and Michelle in the office) kept us up to date and well informed. Their communication and commitment to seeing the repairs through really made a huge difference in my wife's and my peace of mind. Such a great experience it was worthy of writing a review!

This is the second time we've had them out and they troubleshot the problem and worked through the most inexpensive ways to fix it.

Andrew and Fernando were very professional and productive. I would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: The first time we used this company we had a really good experience. Unfortunately, we had them back a second time to help us fix our kitchen sink installation and they threw an enormous price out there,, the tech (a young kid) faked cleaning out our trap and didn't replace the clean out cap. We had to call another plumber to fix what he did. We were very disappointed.



* I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I was referred to them through my Home Warranty Company, but I would use them regardless in the future. They said they would be there between 3-5pm, they were there at 3pm on the dot and they called 30-min ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. When Anthony Williams arrived, he put covers on his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He identified the problem quickly, and from start to finish was in and out within 45-minutes and my bathtub drain is draining better than ever. Fast, professional, efficient. Great company, I highly recommend.

After being out of town for the day, I came home and went out to the mailbox to get the mail. As I'm walking back to the house I notice some water leaking out of the ground. I dug down a bit thinking it was an irrigation issue, turned off the water to the irrigation valves and it was still leaking. I Googled plumbers near me and found Simon's with a 5 star rating. I called and they were out on a Sunday within 2 hours. The diagnosis was the water main coming into the house from the street had sprung a leak (our home is 40 years old). He said he could fix it, but it would only be a band-aid and would like spring a leak again due the age of the installed piping and would 1/3 of the price to replace the entire line. He gave me some sage advice to make sure we had water for all the 'essentials' for the rest of the day and the following day and to turn off the water to the house and only turn it back on if we needed to. We both took quick showers, filled up some buckets and turned the water off. He said they'd be back in the morning at 0800 to start the work. I didn't hear anything so went outside at 0830 and they were peeling back the rock and starting to dig. By 1400, the water was back on and by 1730, they had backfilled the almost 4' deep trench and were gone. Other than the rock being slightly off color being mixed with some of the dirt (which will go away with some rain... someday). You'd never know they were here. I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, work ethic, quality of work, and price. They were all very nice and thorough and will be my go to plumber in the future. Simon and team, you are plumbing rock stars in my book.
