Had an emergency with my outdoor sprinklers! Called Diamondback around 10:00 pm. Was told that a tech would be calling me back immediately! 2 hours later, still NO CALL BACK! I called Diamondback plumbing back, they apologized and stated that the the tech would contact me immediately!! One hour later, still NO CALL BACK!!Went with another company that arrived at 2 AM cause of the NO RESPONSE from Diamondback. I did recieve a call back from them at 7am to see if I still needed their services!!!They replied that they DO NOT WORK ON SPRINKLERS!! Why the HELL didnt the folks answering my call say that!! C'mon your company screwed up! Just say your sorry and maybe this is why I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

My call to Moon Valley Plumbing was answered by Chris. Her intelligence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She scheduled Hayden to see us the next morning.

Hayden called in the morning letting us know that he would be here in 30 minutes. He was!

Hayden is young, smart and a delight to work with. He is totally trustworthy and did everything he could to correctly explain the problem and the best ways to correct it.

We received an accurate and very fair estimate, he returned on schedule the next day, completed the work, cleaned up the work space, and removed the boxes and old fixtures.

Total rip off I used one Guard home insurance none of the policies cover them to run a camera down the pipe to see why they can't clear the blockage. They charge you $250 extra because they can't clear the drain it should be included with it. CALL AROUND BEFORE YOU START THE JOB!

They have saved home owners in our 55 plus community thousands and thousands of dollars. We know this because of a sewer line issue we experienced when we purchased our home 7 years ago. The plumber who came on the scene when we had a back up said he'd have to dig up our floors (just after laying 2100 feet of wood flooring) to replace the collapsed cast iron pipes with PVS piping for an outrageous cost. Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. These guys are awesome! They were able to come out the same day I called and we discovered a much bigger issue than just a clogged drain. They were able to do a more thorough investigation and same day repair on our severely compromised pipes the next day. So grateful for these fantastic and friendly guys.
