Colin fixed and upgraded four urinals and serviced four toilets in our restroom that were older and occasionally running. All run like clockwork now.

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.

Our experience with this company was amazing!! I found them on Angie's List, and once I punched in my info, Custom Plumbing called within minutes! The scheduler was kind and concerned, and had somebody out that same day (within a very short time!). WNash was the guy who showed up, and he was amazing!!! We thought it was a simple drain plug up, but after snaking and assessing the situation, it was apparent that we needed to do more. Nash gave us all of our options, and even consulted with more experienced plumbers in the company, to make sure that we were choosing the best solution.We even had a follow-up call from the scheduler to make sure that we were satisfied with the results of the visit... It makes me wonder who is doing the "training program" for this company....definitely someone is doing something right :)We ended up having to have our pipes 'jetted', but we only had to wait a day in order to have that done. We are from North Dakota, where service is "the name of the game", so we were astounded at the quick, expert, and knowledgeable service that we received!!!The price was explained as 'it's starts out at" a fixed price, which we thought was very reasonable. As it turned out, that ended up being the final price, which was so great.When Nash and James (who was the experienced guy for jetting) were done, they made sure that we had all the info that we needed, as well as contact numbers. So far everything is working GREAT again, thanks to guys that really care about the customer!!You can't go wrong with this company in our estimation! Kudos to Nash, James and the company!!

Anthony Potts was very courteous and professional. He did a great job fixing our kitchen faucet. Would definitely recommend him.

We had to shut our water off due to a problem with our soft water tank. Their technician was able to arrive hours earlier than scheduled which was great considering we had no water. Their tech Joshua was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our problem and gave us a good deal on some new equipment. He said if we had any problems we could just give him a call. Overall it was a great experience.

I was a residential property manager for several years and was happy to use Anthony's plumbing for all of our service issues. I felt I got good answers and fair prices. My contact person was Brandon who always made sure my properties were well taken care of. Recently, my husband and I did some reconstruction on a home we were moving to and Anthony's took care of the intricate rerouting we needed done. When it was time to move back the hot water heater, Mark was sent out and made sure all of the old lines were brought up to code. Then Mark came back again a few weeks later to fix a small leak we had created. (Same day, within hours of my call). Great service and personable and knowledgeable technician. Alfredo arrived as promised an hour after my first call and though he couldn't snake the sewer clear that night due to blockage he arranged to have his supervisor Mike out the following day to run the camera to determine the cause and go over options. Mike arrived as promised and by later that night Alfredo was back to jet the line to clear the blockage. He returned the following morning to jet clean the rest of the lines. This company has great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Simon's Plumbing through their website and within 5 minutes, Simon called me back. After telling him of my running toilet, he said he would be at my home in 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later he was there and working on my problem. After he finished, he also gave me some tips about any future problems I might have with my toilets and other leaks that might occur. Bottom line, Simon replied immediately, responded in 30 minutes and fixed our problem at a very competitive cost. What more could you ask? Simon will definitely get my future business!
