I had contact them with a plugged tub. They had given my information to a mobile tech who contacted me promptly. Advised me of the fees and to try an option first. I appreciate the experience I had and will have them saved on case I need a plumber.

Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Accent Plumbing! I have used them for years and every time they come out they never disappoint. They have installed all the plumbing to my new built house and installed all the trims. Any plumbing problem I may have they come and take care of it. I don’t even know how to begin writing this review. 2 Good Plumbers LLC saved my day, saved the sale of my house. I was supposed to close escrow tomorrow, but the shower head was leaking. The buyer threatened to cancel the contract if I don’t get it fixed. I called 8 businesses, they were all booked solid and I couldn’t get anyone to come out. At such late hours in the day, my hope to get the show head repaired diminished. Thank goodness for Joe Glassman, he was patiently explaining and trying to troubleshoot the problems over the phone. When I got to the store to buy the part, he spoke to the salesman to make sure I buy the correct part. Then he showed up at my doorstep in a flash. Of course he fixed the leaking shower. Joe, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for all you’ve done. I wish I could tell everyone how wonderful you are.

Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

First off the owner Stefan is great to customers and his employees. Very reasonable pricing- no need to bargain. Hard working employees-Terrence was awesome. I will hire them again. Highly recommended.

Remington and Wolf arrived, promptly diagnosed the issues with showers clogging up, fix the issues at hand, cleaned up and washed down the residual gunk left behind. They were very professional and courteous.

Your worker is not very nice, driving down the road flipping people off and honking.

As disheartening as it always is to experience unrelentingly clogged drains that my limited plunging and snaking skills could not resolve, its refreshing that a company such as Rooter Heros was so responsive, professional and knowledgeable to provide relief. Carlos responded at the beginning of the 2 hour response time window, and determined after snaking and taking video of the drain, that jet streaming would be required. I apologize that his name doesn't immediately come to mind, I'll call him the jet stream guy, wasn't able to come until late in the day, and though it took 2.5 hours to finally locate the clean out drain (inconveniently hidden behind the mobile home skirt under the mobile home) he resolved the problem. By then it was 8pm, and he had another emergency to attend to. Truly a hero of Rooter Hero!
