my water heater stopped working all together, so I got some recommendations, and got MANY for Wyman plumbing. They came out the next day. well with my luck.. I got a default water heater, something was broken on the inside the water heater, but they were out again the very next morning to exchange it and made sure it wasn't leaking again. they made the whole process as painless as possible and appreciate them so much! Excuses, excuses. Don't use these guys. Don't want to work, can't make appt. and lie about being someplace. Answer the phone and don't have a clue who you are. And when asked if they were going to show up. They said NO. Be honest, wasted a week and a half waiting for these jokers.
