We recently had a plumbing tech Michael check our water softner with a phantom problem. Michael did everything a good tech could do to access the problem. Unfortunately, I ended up having to contact the manufacturer to get my answer. This was no fault on Michael who I think tried everything humanly possible. Kudos to Michael for showing up promptly, wearing feet coverings and not charging for a service call. Honesty and integrity is everything. Next year we need replace our air conditioning and we will definitely be calling George Brazil.

Matt C. knows what he’s doing! He and his partner were absolute gentlemen that keep it real. They want to get you the best deal that they can but do not skip out on quality for the most important reasons. Ask any questions you have and they will answer them more than to the best of their abilities. Truly are genuine and family oriented folks. Grateful to have found them to put it mildly. Matt C. and his partner back came back to check on it, just to ensure it remained the same (since they were so worried about it in the first place). They were not annoyed, they were happy to come back out and ensure we were ok but that their work was at the level they always provide: which is nothing short of excellent. You felt like family to us all.Update: We had a virtually broken A/C unit and Sean D. and his partner, as well as Alex and his other partner, did an AMAZING job. They not only were extremely worried that we had gone without A/C for so long (3 days) but they also informed us of several things with our house that we weren’t aware of. It’s incredible to have seen the 9+ hour work they put into, replacing both an outdoor and indoor unit, plus breaking out drywall to retrieve it, AND redoing a bunch of wiring for the zoning of the A/C unit. These guys were not only gentleman but truly hard workers. And again, I felt as though it were my own family working on my home. They were honest, straight to the point, but not trying to overcharge. Thank you to Sean D and your partner and the rest of Alex’s team and the whole penguin air familia. Thank you!

Our fixer was Roman, who was EXCEPTIONAL. Great attitude, efficient and quick problem-diagnosis, and a huge amount of patience when dealing with a couple of unexpected setbacks during our repairs. We are very happy with Fixer and would highly recommend them for business or personal use :)

The whole experience was great. We got the home sewer repiped and the price tag was a shocker...but it's an old house. Also, you pay for good work and this was excellent. I wish I hired them for electrical...I may need to to fix what these other people didn't do right. Haha. Thanks again!
