Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

I call Ben Franklin when I run out of knowledge. There hasn't been any issues ever getting an appointment the process was flawless.Daniel the service technician was on time, efficient, listened carefully to our issue & informative on the process he would use to resolve our issue. SEEK A SECOND PLUMBER IF THEY CAN'T UNCLOG YOUR DRAIN...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Their technician was unable to unclog a drain and proposed jackhammering though my nearly new tile floor to reach the clog for $3280. Technician told me "they didn't have a camera on the truck" to confirm.

Another plumber was able to unclog and camera the drain and save me $2700 of unnecessary expense. Proceed carefully with this company!

Would recommend them for any job you need done. Every worker that came to the house knew what they were doing and did the work. Amazing group. Anything else goes wrong with my house I am calling this company and you should too

Called at 8 AM with a clogged drain. I was put on the schedule right away, communication was great. John arrived at the expected time and worked very hard to get the drain unclogged. He explained how it could have happened and told us how to maintain the drain in the future. He was very friendly and polite, left everything clean and put back when he was done. Would highly recommend their plumbing services.

We thought we might have a slab leak in our home. Ron came out very early and checked out our situation. He was very informative and explained things to us. Thankfully it was not a slab leak. It is a leak from a crack in the shower tub unit which is scheduled to be replaced next week. We will definitely call Patrick Riley plumbing in the future and request Ron St Denis.

Brandon and Ben worked together to get our kitchen/laundry line scoped and descaled - working like new in 48 hours. We liked them so much, we called them back for the much larger project of installing an resin liner in our bathroom sewer line (which had a slowly growing crack).

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!
