In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

James Estes was our service technician. He was very professional and personable. This was the second year he did the maintenance on our tankless water heater. We greatly appreciated the outstanding service James provided.

We called for the water line to be hooked up to refrigerator and the technician followed the line to fine our reverse osmosis system was leaking under the sink and there was a large puddle of water in the cabinet. Technician was very professional and removed the system as per request and rebooked everything back up as well as the refrigerator water line and the hot and cold water lines that were beginning to leak. Very professional and did a excellent job.

First time using this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Troy was so professional, explained everything and gave me options. Great experience.

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price.
