Was on the lookout for a new plumber I could count on, and when our kitchen developed a leak I was lucky enough to get in touch with Simba, through Thumbtack. Had a great experience with Jacob, one of their plumbing techs. He was very straightforward at diagnosing the problem, and even though we ended up having a larger issue than we initially thought he went above and beyond to accommodate and complete our project for us. Will definitely be adding them to our trusted list for next time the need arises for a quality plumber!

In my experiences using Parker I've found their service and service people to be tremendous help and easy to deal with. They always provide different level and price of solutions. I feel they are open and honest about repairs needed and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. Without a doubt, the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. James, the owner, is a class act and a true professional! He diagnoses the problem and then explains it in lay terms. He’s honest, straightforward and lays it all out and doesn’t candy coat anything. He gave us comfort and peace of mind when we were freaking out and worried about our major under-slab leak. He took the time to explain the problem and his course of correction of it and he was kind and compassionate to my wife who was very worried about the problem. And of course, he corrected the problem to perfection. He will completely exceed your expectations. Another HUGE quality about James and his company is that somehow he can manage to schedule you in to take care of your problem almost immediately. I would recommend James and his company for any plumbing work over any other plumbing company.

The lady that did the scheduling and pre service notification call was very prompt and friendly. Caleb was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced our shower cartridge quickly and took the time to ensure it was properly calibrated. He also took his time in explaining options for our water softener. A good first time experience.

After having three other plumbing companies come to diagnose our problem-all incorrectly, The Sunny Plumber came, correctly diagnosed our plumbing problem, helped us work through our options, and offered fantastic financing options (it was a big job). The job technician came the same day to start the work. At the beginning of each day, we were told what work would be done that day. At the end of each day, we were given a status of the work completed and the start time for the next day. A Quality Assurance employee came to the job site several times to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. Everyone we dealt with and everyone on the job site was competent, on-time, respectful, polite, and very conscious of the inconvenience of our situation. They did everything they said they would do and made sure we were happy with everything they did before we authorized payment to them. The work is warranted for 10 years so I don't think we'll need any plumbing work done for a very long time, but if we do, I will hire them again without any hesitation.

I called Day and Night on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the same day and repair my AC. It is summer, so it’s extremely hot and I am so grateful for their prompt service and fair prices. The dispatcher I spoke too was also very kind and helpful. Would recommend them 100%.

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!
