Man, these guys were the best! We had a *tricky* water heater replacement to do. Joe gave my husband the rundown of what it would take and some options for the least amount of demolition. (Seriously, it was a tough job that could’ve resulted in demolition of cabinetry.) Joe and Robert came mid-morning and spend the better part of 8 hours working on our issue. They were professional, THOROUGH, and worked with incredible integrity. The pricing was very fair as well! We are so grateful for 2 Good Plumbers! We’d absolutely call them again. (Though, they may not want to come back! It was a doozy, folks.)

I had the monthly membership with Parker & Sons and was having my HVAC, electrical, and water routinely serviced. At only $21/ month I thought it was a great deal and didn't really have any issues.Until I was ready to sell my house and had a home inspection done. The inspection noted issues with the HVAC including wiring exposed at the unit, which is on the roof. Another issue came at the site where they had replaced my garbage disposal. I noticed it at the time but honestly didn't think much of the sink looking a bit different. The difference was a gap between the counter and the sink which happened when the disposal was replaced.When I called in to Bing this to their attention I was told they could schedule someone out to use up one of my 2 yearly maintained requests.I am extremely disappointed that services that cost so much turned out dmto be done in such horrible quality. I will not be using Parker & Sons in the future.

Simon showed up within 30 minutes of us calling him for a back up sewage drain/pipe. He explained the possible problems and solutions, and worked very quickly to resolve everything. He turned what felt like a plumbing emergency into an fast solution so we could get back to our day. I'm so thankful! Highly recommend!

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. He even tackled a rusted soap dispenser that refused to budge. We are so grateful for his immediate response and professionalism. (And persistence!) Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.
