Colin Elliott was such a pleasure to work with. He was on time, very professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Because it was a quicker fix than anticipated, despite going through the trouble of scoping my drain, he didn’t charge me for it! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely be using again for future plumbing needs!

We’ve used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We’re always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we’re grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again!

We had Joe come out to do some plumbing renovations for an upstairs condo. Joe was very thorough and always on time. He was very clear and open about what he was needing to do and he did a great job! We have used Wyman a few times at our home for various jobs and they've always been accommodating, friendly and priced right. This time i used them for a build out on a new business and they were top notch! Their price was far below other bids and they performed the services perfectly! I highly recommend them.

Have had Stefan come out for 2 minor things. Both times he was fast, efficient and prompt. I recommend him highly. I will call on him for all my plumbing needs.

I had no idea that a $69 service fee meant paying their gas. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and told them my sewer line backed up. The person on the phone told me it would be a $69 service fee for the technician to come out. When the tech got here, he had to call someone and ask what to do. Then told me it would be $289 to run a snake down the pipe. I asked what happened to the $69 service fee and he told me that is the price for them to come out with no work done. I was amazed! With companies running a $39 special to snake a sewer line, Ben Franklin Plumbing charges for gas to LOOK at the problem and then adds more on top of that for work. When I called their office, the lady I spoke to tried to tell me the $69 service fee is the tech and equipment in the truck. When I told her he hasn't even used any equipment yet, I am paying for your gas, she said yes. Unbelievable! I will never use Ben Franklin Plumbing again.

They were excellent! The technician called and came right out, found the problem, fixed it quickly and was on his way. Kept me up to date on everything. Would definitely use them again.

Let me say that their communication was excellent; that the service technician was very capable (Julio); and that the service they performed was outstanding. Their bill was reasonable for the work done; their advice was outstanding; and we will use them again. What did we have done? We had a kitchen sink under counter RO system removed and we had work done on our garbage disposal; and all the plumbing under the sink was checked, tied off, and repaired. 100% satisfied with these folks and especially with Julio who we will request perform needed services in the future. While we appreciate handymen and the work they do, when it comes to plumbing issues, we hire professionals; like Deer Valley.

After completion of several plumbing problems including replacement of garbage disposal,leaking adjoining pipe and 2 malfunctioning toilets. Gary and Anthony went above and beyond in providing excellent service in fixing the requested work and other additional repairs that were needed.
