This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

When my water heater broke I called two companies, the original installer Younger Brothers & Phoenix Plumbing and Drain. Younger Brothers came in at $1200, PPDS came in at just under $1200, $1180 or so, but the bigger reason I went with them, was Cheryl said they could get it done same day.

Sure enough the installer showed up after a few other jobs around 1:30pm to do the work. Chris worked hard on it for a couple hours, another installer showed up to help with the copper piping ( this may be where I was charged more? ). In any case, when the installer gave me the bill he said here's the price they quoted you $1850. He had the list of work on there, but not an itemized breakdown. I told him that is not what I was quoted, but I could see you worked hard so no problem and I paid.

My wife followed up, Cheryl said I heard her wrong and was very short with my wife. Here's the deal, $700 is nothing to me for quality service, I told Chris that. I got hot water the same day - I am happy, but professionalism needs to be maintained and miscommunications should be owned and handled in some way.

I know what I was told for the price. When you are price shopping you don't misunderstand the price. So it's an unfortunate situation, because I would have been a happy customer, now I have to write a review that accurately reflects the miscommunication and thus service we received. It's really unfortunate, everything else seemed good.

No call no show

This company couldn’t give me a quote or even tell me they didn’t want to do a job I had. If a job is too small you can just say that.

They got to my home very quickly and service was great. Although a bit pricey - they are worth it as the guys actually did a few more things than was required. They were both very professional and honest. Will use them again!

Zack from Centurian plumbing came out and worked on the leak at the kitchen sink, we thought it was repaired but t began leaking again. CNJ Services came out when we were unable to get a response from Centurian and found that the garbage disposal collar was not secured properly and fixed the leak. I would recommend CNJ Serices.

They tried charging my elderly parents 880 dollars and I had to put a stop to it before they took my parents money. Called another plumber and paid 150. Don’t use this company.
