Came out within 2 hours of the phone call, got the job done within an hour! VERY PROFESSIONAL! They also explained the problem and explained how they fixed the problem!

We had them come out for our annual tune up. What a disaster. The guy was here for 5 hours and tried to overcharge us an astronomical fee for a switch replacement.

Tyler was quite a friendly professional. He was great about explaining what steps he needed to take. He was very polite and considerate. He was able to install the Flo By Moen water flow meter/shutoff system for me in a tight space rather than tear through the drywall. Excellent service.

The work you did on my house was a gas installation on 02/17/2020. A responsible, punctual person explains step by step what he is going to do and the quality of the products he is going to use. I highly recommend it. Thank you Carlos T.

Freddy has been my go to plumber for years now at my personal home and my investment properties. He always does an outstanding job, is very personable, and cares for his clients and their homes.
This week he truly outdid himself. I had a plumbing emergency in the ONLY bathroom at one of my Airbnbs (sewage backing up into the tub and the toilet leaking all over the floor). Freddy came out at night and in the middle of a monsoon (or what seemed like a hurricane) got on my roof and jetted out a tree root.
I know I can always count on Freddy to be there for me and to get the job done. He is always quick to respond to my texts and is always willing to take the time to explain things to me as well. I never hesitate to refer him to anyone I know since I know he will always be presentable and professional at any job.

diagnosed a leak and got me fixed ASAP! Super constructive in actually making sure I got the part replaced under warranty from the company who made the water heater.even though I am not good at registering things. Super quick from initial call to completion. Loved the service and repair man!

Mark showed up on time armed with his floor protectors which he insisted he wear.
Went directly to the kitchen, reviewed the problem and then to his truck for tools.
Returned with appropriate tools, repaired problem and completed in a half an hour.
Job done, quality and professionalism on display.

Penguin Plumbing exceeded my expectations and delivered their services as advertised. I had called two other companies and they both tried to triple the cost from what they were advertising. I'm glad I found Penguin Air & Plumbing instead because they did exactly what they said they would do for a reasonable price exactly as they advertised. From my call to completion it was no more than 2.5 hours! Chad was professional and got my drain unclogged quickly without any hassles. I would definitely use them again.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.
