Before I called Mr. Drake I had tried working with at least four other plumbers over the years. Now that Bill has been taking care of our plumbing for the last couple of years, I know once he's out to the house, the problem will be fixed right the first time. He goes out of his way to make sure I am able to prevent future problems and he is very affordable. I never mind if I have to wait for him to come out, but if it's an emergency he always gets to it right away.
I think it's noteworthy to say that I am a consumer paralegal by trade; therefore, I take consumer reviews very seriously. Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

Henry showed up on time and was very professional. They cleared the blockage, scoped the pipe with a camera and did a water damage assessment. Very good service.

We had a problem with our master bathroom shower and our kitchen sink. Josh came out and figured out the issue with the shower and discussed some resolutions with us on that. Found the problem with our sink faucet and replaced it for us after purchasing the new one of our choosing. Would definitely use NextGen again and plan to for some of our upcoming projects. Excellent, professional, and friendly with great prices!
