Was able to send pictures of the issue and get an estimated quote over the phone - very convenient. Crew was at my house two days after calling, exactly when they said they would be. They hung plastic and used drop clothes to contain the debris. In a single day they cut out a part of my basement floor, removed corroded plumbing, back filled, poured new cement, and cleaned everything else back to how it was before they arrived. The crew was polite and professional throughout.

I use them for all my sewer scopes and they always get me in within 24-48 hours. Highly recommend them!!

Tony and Justice with this company were absolutely professional, respectful, prompt and awesome with their hands. They did wonderful work getting pipes pulled out and new ones in through the kitchen, bathroom and basement. They even cleaned up their mess and threw away scraps leaving me and my twin brother's home still looking brand new. Those pipes were so hideous in our basement and to see the new pipes down their and through the kitchen and bathroom, me and twin brother couldn't be anymore full of joy at this point. These guys definitely take their work and time serious and they definitely know how to get the job done. We are all smiles. What a blessing these men were to us considering we have only been in our home for 4 months, literally. I most definitely recommend these two, hands down....

The team at Plumbing Today has performed several plumbing related services for us from remodeling a bathroom to fixing a leaky pipe. My wife and I have been totally satisfied with their service, the cost and most importantly the customer service Plumbing Today offers. More than that, they gave a second opinion on my son's house when his sewer backed up into their basement. The original company wanted to charge my son $14,000 for repairs. The guys at Plumbing Today came out to his house the same day we called, they fixed the problem and the total bill was under $400. That kind of honest service is rare today and speaks for itself.

They did a sewer scope when I bought my house and later jetted out my sewer. I am happy with them and would use them again. In fact I just recommended them to a family member who needs similar services.

I had two separate issues that were handled by two different employees on Friday the 24th and Tuesday the 28th. Both individuals I interacted with were friendly, performed the work in a timely fashion, and kept me updated at all times. They were straight-shooters.

By far the worse service in the city of Omaha. When called about a work order they agreed to do they were rude and told me they’d return my call the same day , as I was without hot water . After not calling me back for 2 days , they declined to do the job and hung up on me . If you want the job done right DO NOT HIRE.

UPDATE :
After writing this review I was then called again and threatened this would be deleted and to enjoy cold showers . Please stay away from company. “Ken” and his team are not looking to help, only to take your money. A company ok with leaving a disabled veteran without hot water for days .

Tony and his team came out to fix the water line to my refrigerator. The shut off valve was broken, so I needed it replaced. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I found my plumber of choice!!!

This company was one two give a bid for a plumbing job. I hired them and the other plumber that gave a bid was the one to show up and do the work. It was a scam business from the start. The owner is a cheat and lier and did not honor the bid and charged thousands more for bogus work. The owner does not do plumbing, he gets your signiture, then hires other plumbers to do the work. Look at his shoes and fingernails. He has never worked a day in his life! Whatever you do, don't do business with this company!!!

I trust Ken and know he will do the job correctly. I’ve used Ken for several years and he’s always responsive.

We paid hundreds to have an issue solved and it was only temporary. Unfortunately, the services aren't guaranteed, and when I called to request video footage, the owner was extremely rude and said they didn't have it because there wasn't a problem (even though I paid for them to use a camera and they didn't bother showing the footage while here). He talked around the issue at hand, telling me how long their snakes were and cameras cost for their vehicles, which is irrelevant when my issue is still persisting. The problem I paid for was not fixed and we have had thousands of dollars of damage as a result. Needless to say, I went with another company that has been taking great care of us and guarantees their work. I do not recommend this company. He was very rude when confronted with an unsatisfied customer, and customer service is everything.

As you can see by the response, he is not willing to help. Not once did we ask for money, but rather the video footage. But he was quick to put us as culpable for flushing items when we have never done such a thing. Others guarantee their work. Lesson learned: make sure your work is guaranteed and ask for the video footage outright. Don't allow for someone to get away with an unthorough job, like snaking only a portion of your plumbing, when the real problem still persists beyond where they stopped.

P.S. They missed entirely the bellying of the pipe and also missed out on a $50,000 job. Not a clogged pipe from what was mentioned.

We had an excellent experience with Plumbing Today LLC. Ken, Tuck Jesse and Kristen were knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. They we're on time, clean, and I felt comfortable with them working in my home. They made a difficult situation much less stressful and got to the root of our plumbing problems (pun intended). We will hire Plumbing Today LLC again and absolutely recommend calling them today if you have plumbing problems.

I've been using Ken and his team for years. It all started when a large national drain cleaning company quoted me nearly $15,000 to repair a broken sewer line, they couldn't keep clear. Ken and his crew came out, opened the drain to make temporary repairs, then did the same job for a fraction of the price. I called on Ken many time to resolve problems with my own home and my rental properties. He is always quick to respond.

Ken & his crew are by far the best in the industry! My husband & I flip a-lot of properties, we use him for everything he is so responsive. Also, the quality of work is always top notch. I have tried a-lot of other plumbers also so I know the difference.
His guys are clean, polite & respectful which goes a long ways.
