Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

We purchased a home roughly 6 months ago, and couldn't help but notice the water pressure was terrible. The home also has a lot of fancy equipment installed by previous owners (water softener, whole house filter, reverse osmosis system), so I was concerned trying to figure out the issue was going to be an ordeal.

Fortunately, it couldn't have been easier! Terry from Micro Plumbing came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a repair, and we are now in water pressure heaven! He also patiently explained to me all of the equipment we have, what it does, and how to maintain it. Fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. What's not to love?!? Micro is our new go-to plumber for sure!

The folks at roter-rooter are phenomenal! A very nice lady came by to inspect the bathroom and diagnose the problem. She determined it was an emergency as there was sewage backing up in our shower drain. She also gave us advice on how to ensure that our drains were kept clear. Within an hour two professional gentleman by the names of Brandon and Jared showed up. They took care of the issue in a very timely manner. I appreciated their professionalism and speedy service. I also got a $75 coupon that I used toward purchasing a gallon of their drain degreaser! This was the worst plumbing issue I’ve ever seen! They are available 24/7, 356 days per year even on holidays!

I have used Major Drain twice and both times have been pleased with the outcome! I moved into a new home and had issues with both kitchen drain problems & some sewer issues but both were fixed in a timely manner and done right. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The plumbing was repaired in a way that the water had to flow uphill to the main. It was corrected the next day. I was also charged for 2 hours labor for them to leave and get material for the job.
