Best Clog Drain Lines in Omaha NE

These guys are the best. Ben is fantastic. They are super quick and fairly priced. All of them are very courteous and polite when they are working. Great guys all around.

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

Bill Drake came to clean/unclog the kitchen sink in our house. He came only 30 min after I got his number!! And fixed our drain in about 30 min! Cost $145. Very professional and super nice guy! I highly recommend him! He even gave me plenty of free tip to avoid that issue in the future!

Called before I went to work (5:30am) Craig was at my house at 8:20. In and out in less than an hour. Drain clean and ready to go. Craig your my hero for the day.

My kitchen sink was plugged up, and I could not get it open. It was 3 in the afternoon, and I called Roto Rooter. They had a person here at 5. He came in and looked things over and told me the price. He wore complete PPE which was good as I am a senior citizen. He fixed the clog, cleaned everything up, checked the basement pipes, and then took his equipment to the van. He was friendly and professional. Really a nice person. And the job is guaranteed for 6 months.

Tryed to charge 1000 bucks for a 25 dollar part and then 120 bucks to just come out had a family friend do it in 10 mins for 140 and was just a 25 dollar part at ace they people are crazy what they try to charge and the up sale they gave saying I needed to get a bunch of other stuff done then they didn't even properly diagnose it totally trying to take advantage of the working class people

After having 3 different plumbing companies out to my property Scott finally helped me with some main drain problems. He came the same day as the call, texted me photos and videos as he was working and then gave me a 1 year flow warranty. I am finally satisfied. This had been a continuing issue with only cheap quick fixes that didn't last. Scott is the man with a plan.

When our secondary drain (laundry/kitchen) continued to run slower than usual, we called a drain cleaning company, well-known in the Omaha area. The company’s technician, after working for 2 hours, told us that the pipe was probably broken or collapsed below our basement floor, charged us $177, and said that his supervisor would call us the next day. The drain that had been slow before was now totally plugged. The supervisor who called us the next day said he would charge us $85 an hour just to “look at the drain,” and would then scope it for an additional $250. We decided to get a second opinion. We were forced to make a quick decision when just a few days later our main drain plugged and flooded our basement.After researching various companies through their websites and customer reviews, we decided to call Major Drain. They arrived the same day that we called, quickly fixed the main drain, and began working on the secondary drain. Within two hours, they had cleared that drain as well. The pipes were not broken. Major Drain solved the problem that had eluded every other company we had used over the years by discovering that our secondary drain was much longer than anyone could have expected. The bill was only $272, and when Major Drain left, the problems were solved. For the first time in over 20 years of living in our older home, all of our drains are now unobstructed and fast. Major Drain is a terrific company to which we would give our highest recommendation for anyone with problem drains.

Since I am unable to review Omaha Drain twice, I will combine two different service calls into one review.

We live in an older home (1977) and the bathtub, main bathroom, kitchen sink and clothes washer all utilize the same small drain pipe that leads to the main line.

After all those years, we were experiencing periodic slow draining that would back up into the basement sink. I would run a snake down the line and it would be good for about 6 months before I had to do it again.

Bart and Aaron came out and we went over all the options and ended up having that smaller line and then the larger lines cleaned out with two different power washer devices. The guys worked extensively to first get rid of the tree roots near the city line (recurring issue) and then go back and clean out the smaller line into the larger line and then clean out the main line to the street. Seeing how it went, I am confident I won't be needing to snake that line out anymore and we can get back to tree root purging every so often. They stuck to their estimate despite what surely seemed like more work than we had figured. We were able to replace our basement carpet with confidence not long after they were done.

Bart and Aaron once again did a great job of taking care of our plumbing needs when a few months later, we had a hose bibb that was original to the house fail and was in a very difficult place to reach.

Bart and Aaron took great care to replace the unit and reroute it so if it ever was a problem again down the road, it would be a lot easier to deal with.

Their planning and care for my house was as if it were working on their own home.

Thanks again and we will only call Omaha Drain again in the future if the need arises.

Plumbing today has been very responsive to my Omaha plumbing needs, from inspections, through replacement of supply lines and repairing saddles in my sewage lines. Their pricing is reasonable and service is excellent.

I had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty provider through Backlund as well. The plumbers name was George and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He worked patiently with my warranty company when the job needed a little more work than originally intended.
Leak was fixed promptly and couldn't be happier with the service.

I broke my garbage disposal on my boyfriend's birthday, (of course), by trying to clean it out with ice...it cleaned it really well, and then started leaking water out of the bottom! (Maybe not all hacks you see on the internet are worth it...) I called Benjamin Franklin, and they told me they could send someone out the same day!

Avery was able to come over 30 minutes earlier than expected, and it only took him about 45 minutes to diagnose and fix my issue! He was super friendly and courteous, and even gave my nosy dogs some lovin'. Plus, he fixed it before my boyfriend got home from work, so mum's the word!

It was just over two hours between panicked call and problem solved! I would 100% recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery for sure!!
