Best customer service I have EVER had from a plumbing company! If you are looking for real people who don’t over charge and shoot you straight call J and T. Won’t ever use another Plumber again.

J & T Plumbing were referred to me by a friend. Since that first initial visit, I have used them whenever I need to call a plumber. They are professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions, found and resolved the problem quickly and did a great job.

Out of the 4 companies I had come out, they were the ONLY ones who knew where the problem was. Everyone else said it was an entire pipe, and they said it was a Y joint under the basement flooring. I was being quoted $2,000-$4000 by other companies, and they quoted $750-$2000. They got it done for $750. They didn’t charge me anything the first time they came out to look either.

I will always use them in the future. Honest and great people! They actually know what they are talking about! 10/10!

Extremely professional in all aspects. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in even though they were booked out for the day. They rearranged their schedule in order to meet my needs. Service personnel were very professional and had the repair accomplished in short order by restoring my water service to my house. Even with the short notice the cost of the repair was much cheaper than I anticipated. Excellent service and will definitely recommend them to others.

I have used J&T to replace a drain line before, but they have the worst communication issues by far out of any company I have worked with before. If you can stomach receiving no contact from them for potentially half a year or more, then you may find that they do good work as I did.
Unfortunately, in my situation, they have completely failed to get back to me. Five months ago they came out to my home to provide an estimate on a bid. They have not gotten back to me despite several phone call attempts, voicemails, and emails. Frustrating is a word I would use to describe their communication, but they do great work if you can get a hold of them.

This is the 2nd time we have used J&T plumbing and they have exceeded expectations both times. Great service and reasonable charges.

Strongly recommend. The guys went out of their way to replace my hot water heater in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.
