Free estimate, fast scheduling, and professional folks. Competitive quote, but we did go with someone else (who did a fantastic job) because they were recommended by a friend. If I were recommending a Nashville area plumber, I'd definitely recommend getting an estimate from Michael's Plumbing. I have to give a poor review here, as I scheduled them to come out for my AC unit and took off work to be home, but the morning of my appointment, I was called and told the company owner was not willing to perform the work because it was a warranty-related job. I understand his concern, but I told them up front my unit was under warranty--so I should not have been told they can assist me, and have taken off work to be home, only to find out the day of that they are unwilling to serve me.
The woman on the phone was very nice about it, hence the 2 stars. But this overall was a big inconvenience for me, and I can't recommend that way of doing business.

Yesterday evening I didn’t have just one but two plumbing issues at two different homes! One home with a water heater that went out and another where a dump truck ran over a clean out drain effectively breaking it and causing water to back up inside our showers and toilets. Despite their hectic schedule, they fit both homes in and worked well into the evening without reservation or complaint until completion.
