SINGLE WOMEN BEWARE!! I had this company install a basement shower and plumbing. Their worker cut off my All-Dry basement system. Which keeps your basement from flooding. I kept telling them not to touch it. But they did anyway. Instead of connecting it back so my basement would not flood, they left the piece on the floor and did not reattach. The owner told me If it was their fault, they would fix it. I had a contractor look at a video I had taken (even then I was frustrated) and he showed me where they had cut it. I sent the owner the pictures and video of where his workers did this, and he never responded to me. I think if there had been a man involved, this would never have happened, or would have been made right. I now have to wet-vac every time it rains (which has been a lot). So far I’ve had a quote of $2,000 to correct their careless mistake. Sadly, they do not stand behind their work.

This place did the plumbing for my new home. Barely a year old. First time the weather got below freezing multiple water meters in our neighborhood burst. After not having water for 4 days across Christmas weekend the water department finally came out and replaced the meter and told us this company didn't put them in the ground deep enough causing them to freeze. Small things add up and skipping putting a water line 6 inches deeper to avoid freezing has cost me 4 days of my time. Their name is plastered all over my plumbing in my home so they must be proud of their work. I will never call them for any work. If you can't do the job right don't bid on it.

So much different when I have to mess around with something for two to three hours or get someone out here who knows what they're doing and gets the job done on a timely manner. Good people, as far as I'm concerned, they are now my go-to for plumbing issues.

Honest crew who don’t bend you over

I was recommended this company by my building manager for my apartment to address a leak in my kitchen sink and bathroom tub. And would not write this unless I feel it needed to be said.

Not living in the area I relied on communication to confirm the work was done.

Appointment one: to address tub leak needing a water shut off in the building, next day received call the leak was fixed. Going to visit the unit a week later the leak still remained.

A few months later we set up appointment number two for the sink and tub: I called the next day to follow up and was told all is fixed.

I was able to visit the unit a week later and both leaks remained.

Confused I called and asked to speak with a manager. I was given two contacts Stephanie manager and Tony president of company. I spoke with Stephanie once and she said she would review my file and call me back, no call back was made, Each time I called I was told they were busy and would call me back later to address this issue. I never received a call back, this went on every day for a week me trying to get someone to let me know what’s going on and getting no answers.

Finally was able to speak with tony who said he was personally going to the unit with the original contractor to address this, he confirmed the leaks were still there and said he would have it fixed the upcoming Monday (this call happened on Friday) I asked for a call or video or even have the building manager come up to confirm the work was done and was told this was no problem.

Monday came and went with no calls or attempt to contact me. I called again on Tuesday where tony and Stephanie were not available so I asked to check on my work order, I was told the job was marker as complete and I would receive an invoice for the work.

Later that day I received the invoice but also a video from the unit occupant of the tub still leaking...I called the company back and express I wouldn’t not be paying anything and the work still was not done. They said that’s fine don’t pay it and concluded our business.

The lack of communication was absurd, if there is an issue or the job isn’t done then just but transparent with the situation, This entire encounter was Completely unprofessional and to tell a client a job is done when it clearly isn’t is ridiculous and time wasting. Clearly I would not recommend.

My most unfavorable thing to deal with.....but precision makes it easy to forget when you call in with any issue big or small their representative has a personable phone etiquette that puts confidence in your money spent . 5 stars

My wife and I have a recurring issue with the supply line to our house breaking in various places, and have always called Precision out to take care of the problem. Their work is always well done (the recurring problems are not their fault), and reasonably priced.

We have used Precision Plumbing for the past two years whenever we have needed a plumber. They have been responsive, great to deal with, and have done quality work. The attached picture is from an E1 call where a pipe burst under the driveway. They were able to dig it out without having to bust through the concrete. Thanks guys!

Repair man came when he was scheduled. He called first to say he was close. He looked at the outside bibb that's been leaking. He explained what he was going to do, turn water off, go under house, etc. About 30 mins later he was done. Thank you for setting a quick appointment, showing up and fixing the problem.

Lester & Bryan arrived at our home for a reasonably simple repair, replacing a cracked flange under our toilet. A project we started earlier in the week & decided to let the experts come in and finish... Within 15 mins they were finished with the initial job! We were amazed! They then asked if we wanted them to put everything back together, toilet back etc. & they even swept the floor before leaving! We are so happy with their efficient & excellent work! Reasonably priced too!

During bathroom remodel, they failed to cap and remove old hot water pipe and turn off valve. Area was then completely walled in. Of course, later, this valve started to leak requiring emergency repair, damage to drywall, high water bill, and mold in crawlspace. They did not offer compensation. Also during the project two people worked on site and spoke no English. Luckily there was another contractor on site that could translate. I would not recommend this company.

I have had great experience using this company for plumbing repairs and will continue to do so. They arrive when they say they will and get the job done without trying to do more than you need, unlike many larger companies.

New construction home where this company provided the initial install for plumbing. Have had nothing but problems with our entire system from ongoing clogged pipes to poor flow of water, etc. Have had them out several times under the original contractor warranty. Now out of warranty period and so I figured I’d use them since still. The last time I had them out, they provided service for $350+ for me to have the same issue less than a month later (I was out of town for 2 weeks after and didn’t call them the week I got back) so I can conclude the issue was never resolved. When I ask them to come back out, I was shocked to hear I’d have another large bill coming my way. No thanks!
