Best Sewer Line Maintenance in Nashville TN

Bob came out to our house a few short hours after we called with an issue. We are first-time home owners with no family in town to show us the ropes. Turns out our leak was caused by a loose screw. Bob was so kind, tightened the screw and showed me where it was located, and didn't charge us. We will be calling again for any future repairs that we need!

Within the last couple of years, I have had them replace my main water line from the street to the house, as well as my water heater. Both times, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They got the work done at a reasonable price, when they said they would, and everything works great now.

Today, Jeff came out to my house to help me with a mysterious sound that I thought was coming from my pipes. After very little investigation, he found the source of the sound. It wasn't my plumbing at all, and I fixed it myself in two seconds. He waived their normal fee because it was such a short visit with no work to be done and because I am a repeat customer. He was so helpful!

I will always call Michael's when I have a plumbing need...and when I think I do...but it turns out to be something else. They are the best!

They were supposed to come repair a broken pipe by 5 pm yesterday. They didn't show and said they'd come today. Still no show. Now they say they're coming tomorrow. Hope so but I've lost confidence.

I was very pleased with the way to that Cody and Warren.Handle themselves with obstacles in their way, like the lines for the gas meter had not been marked. And coming up with a back up plan to move forward. They included me in their conversation asked my opinion and was I ok with the plan if they had to move in that direction. They worked together and got the job done.Great job guys you rock!!!The gentleman that fixed the faucet Brian however was guessing at what he was actually doing he replaced something on the inside of the hot water side did not work and then he stated that it may be the handle. I specifically asked him when he came out and did the inspection should I just replace the faucet he said no that was probably that piece that needs to be replaced. Guess work is not good and cost both you and the customer. Hot water in the sink is actually dripping worse that before, was charged for the repair.

Each time I use services of Lee Company, they respond quickly to my request. Then, they come in promised time frame. Staff are courteous, conscientious and professional. Shawn got the jobs done more quickly than I thought it would be. If I have to have a plumber, Lee Company is my go to choice.
