Best Plumbing Repair Maintenance in Nashville TN

Kitchen drain clogged. Service man tried to unclog it by using his electric sink rod. Didn’t work. He then went under the house and decided to cut out a section of drain pipe and replace it. Drain now works. Only problem I have is the price. Over $800.00 to replace less than 10 feet of pipe seems to me to be very high.

Highly recommended! Had a leak fill my crawl space with ankle deep water. They fixed the leak to where the issue won’t happen again, pumped out the water to empty out my crawl space, and were very helpful all around. Reasonable price, super quick response, and great people.

Sim came today and fixed the a.c. unit and told me that all that was needed was a thermostat. I had previously called another company and they told me I needed a whole new unit. Quoted $ 3600 to replumb my house. They were going to try and run the new line inside the old line and lower the price $1200 to $1400 but could not do that. Then they wanted to run it around the house so as to not cut the driveway. Then the discovered the leak was under my driveway so they could run a new line from house to meter but the price was written for $3800. When I questioned him he lowered it to the quoted price.. They didn't clean up mess made in a bedroom and left a hole in my yard. Left my driveway with dirt all over it. I called and while they apologized and came out and washed my driveway, they would not come off the price. I paid $3600 for a pex line from my house to the meter about 150 feet. I would not recommend or use again.

I called out the Hot Water Heater Pros to replace my aging hot water heater. They looked at what I had and informed me that my water heater was still in very good working condition and did not need replacement in the near future. I appreciated their honesty. There are other companies out there that would have ripped it out and taken the $$ and run. I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace it.

Casey was absolutely amazing! He was very kind and professional. He was thorough with everything he did and made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. He worked so hard to ensure that we had running water again. I would highly recommend this company just because of him. He even stayed calm when the woman at the water company didn't want to listen to what either of us had to say, and just blamed the plumber. Even though he was the one talking to her, and the issue truly was on the water company's end.

Nothing against the serviceman, but a toilet was stopped up. I had plunged it several times. Serviceman gave it a couple of plunges and it cleared up. He fixed one other problem with the handle and left in about 15 minutes. The bill was over $160 after my discount. For the first time in 20 years with Lee Co., I felt a bit cheated.
