I had another company come out and diagnose my system as having a problem. I contacted this company to give me a free second opinion. They promptly sent a technician out, and examined my system. I had concerns about their diagnosis and contacted the management team. After speaking with management, I was satisfied that they were willing to work with me in order to find a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate management for reaching out to me. Called Hiller in a crisis, another local company had been out to my house and had not been able to fix my AC in four visits. Hiller came out same day, figured out the issue the other company had missed and fixed it immediately. Justin Woodard is who came out and he was extremely professional, talked me through everything and showed me exactly what the issue was.

Every time I needed Lee Company, they always delivered exceptional services.

Unfortunately, I would not hire this company again. Prices are very high. They are not friendly. My product broke within the first year and they would not work with me at all to fix it and were rude about my even asking if the $800 product was warranted for a year. I give them two stars because they did come out within a reasonable period of time and they did call me back or answer the phone when I first called & bought the product -- which was positive. I was highly disappointed with this company -- particularly because they came recommended by someone I trust. I don't leave a very many reviews (positive or negative); however, I just had to in this case.
