Copeland & son is top notch when it comes to service and maintenance. My heating and cooling bills seem to be a lot less because of the 2 scheduled maintenance trips they make each year. They are always there in a emergency and you can feel confident in their work. There is always a friendly voice when you call when service is needed.

I called on Memorial Day and Jason came within an hour. It took 10 minutes to fix. Since it was a holiday I was worried it would take awhile to get someone here. This is the first time I’ve used Bellevue 1st. I definitely recommend this business and I’ll use them again.

Choice Water Heaters did an amazing job! They replaced my water heater and replaced an outdoor shower that was damaged. The crew was on time, professional and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new system.

Isaiah came to my home and did a thorough checkup on both the inside and outside unit. Most of the technicians that ARS sends out are good but Isaiah is excellent and I would love for him to always be the person that handles my twice a year tune ups. He is also a really nice young man and being nice is sometimes underrated.

Lee Company's employees are so nice - everyone that has done work for us is exceptionally nice & knowledgeable & if they are having trouble getting something done, they call in others to get the job done.

These guys were a life saver when I bought a home and hit water knob was broken in the only bathtub. They were able to get here in a timely manner with little notice. They understood my issue and was able to fix it with in a few hours and address some other small issues I was having as well. I have found the plumber to keep on speed dial if ever needed for other issues. Justin was very professional and answered all my questions! It was nice not to feel like a number with these guys! Wonderful experience with Jewell Mechanical for our first HVAC PM. Hunter was very thorough in servicing all the units at our restaurant and making sure they are summer-ready. He took the time to explain any issues to me in a way I could easily understand. Very happy with our service!

We’ve had them come out 3 times to fix the same leak. First time they came out they said they needed to replace a valve, replaced it, we paid. We still have a leak. I call again and they come out and can’t find a problem. We put bowls under the water heater in different parts. We find the valve that was replaced is still leaking. We call they come out a third time. This time we tell him that the valve that was replaced is leaking. He says that if it was just replaced then it’s not leaking. Comes in with nothing but a flashlight, just looks at the date on the water heater and says it needs replacing then just walks out. Doesn’t check the valve, looks at nothing else. He didn’t stop for questions or for us to talk with him. He didn’t even stop to write up a receipt for us. We will not be calling this company again.

We had an underground water leak and were referred to American Leak Detection out of Nashville. They had a 1 week wait time so I decided to check around some and that’s when I stumbled across a local company in Mount Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection. Ed Kelly (master plumber and owner) came out the very next morning and not only detected the leak for cheaper than his competitor but fixed the problem the same day. We feel very fortunate to have found Ed and now we know we have a skilled local tradesman for all of our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend contacting the singing plumber before looking anywhere else!

We had a simple plumbing job that took all day because the first technician kept leaving for tools and supplies that he should have had in his truck. He created a leak and didn’t replace the dirt and left a mess. The leak was fixed by a different technician the next day. We paid at least double than we should have. We called numerous times and spoke to different people each time. We were never able to speak to anyone that could explain the cost.
