Jance, the owner, answered the phone himself, and listened to my problem(clogged main drain). Set the appointment for the next day. Both Tom (associate), and Jance arrived promptly at 8am. We assessed the possible problem, discussed and agreed to pricing, and went ahead with a main drain snake procedure.
Problem solved within 45 minutes, and they were gone before 9am.
Privately owned small company, rather work with them than the bigger outfits, highly recommend.

After waking up to a leaking water heater, we contacted a big box store for an estimate. While their estimate was lower, the delivery date was two weeks away and after getting disconnected from customer service twice, I was done. I called Doctor Drips because of their great reviews. My call was immediately picked up, and someone was at my house to install in less than 2 hours. I just used Doctor Drips and had a really good experience with Jance in making the appt and with Tom who was on time, professional, competent, and nice. He gave me confidence not only in his ability to diagnose and fix the problem but was very knowledgeable and has much experience, so I felt relaxed. They are affordable, too, which is a great help. He fixed the problem very quickly and even cleaned up. I will definitely use Doctor Drips for future needs and hope Tom is available.

Update on above remarks: Jance and Tom were quick to follow up twice when I had continued questions, and they didn't charge more although both issues required a trip back to my house. They couldn't have been more kind.

I spoke with Jance on July 27th to setup an appointment. We agreed for him to come between 3 & 4 on August 2nd to check things and give an estimate. He had me reply to his his text with my name an address. Come August 2nd I took a half day from work costing me vacation and money because I am in sales. He never called nor did he show up. I called and left voicemail with no response. I can't speak for his work, but his ethics apparently are not good and cost me a half day of vacation plus commissions lost.

The team at doctor drips are Pros. Friendly, high quality service at a reasonable cost. Have used them twice now for both repair and replacing a water line and the team has been fantastic both times

Really awesome service. We were having problems with our water heater and while most of the team was out, the owner just came over and checked it out. Because it was an easy fix he even reduced the cost and pointed out a few other things I could do to maintain the heater. We also discussed some other potential future home improvements they could do. Really awesome service and I highly recommend.

I had read so many great reviews on NextDoor so when my water heater sprung a leak, I called Jance. He was at my house in less than an hour! While he was replacing the water heater (in my attic, no less), he noticed the flooring around it was wet as well so he installed new flooring to ensure the new heater didn't fall thru the ceiling. I will definitely call again when I'm ready to work on my plumbing to-do list.

I can't rate these guys high enough. I purchased an older home at the beginning of this year and started having some plumbing issues - thought the pipes just needed some maintenance and cleaning when I called the guys out. After being in a tiny crawlspace for hours they found out that the plumbing in this house was done very poorly and was just pouring sewage and waste water underneath my house due to unconnected / unglued pipes AND that the slope of the lines were running uphill. Long story short - it ended up being a HUGE project but they were up to the challenge and completed the entire job (that included an entire excavation to re-route the pipes) in one day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a very positive experience with the Dr Drips team. The response time to our initial inquiry was very quick and the appointment was set up with ease. They did run a little later than their estimated arrival window, but I was already at home for the day, so that was not a big deal. Our technician was quick to diagnose the issue, offer a solution and provide us with a quote. We opted to have them proceed with the work and it was completed in a very efficient manner. The tech cleaned up his work area when he was finished as well.
We did have some tools left behind in our yard as well as an issue with our water not being turned back on at the water heater but that was resolved quickly over the phone that evening when it was discovered.
Overall, we were pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Give some unexpected situations with my condo complex, they were extremely understanding with a couple of delays that caused in completing the work. Appreciate how professional they were and extremely quick to respond. They were extremely professional and communication was both open and fast.

During the cold weather that came in right before Christmas we wound up with our hot water line freezing. Unfortunately the water line then burst. We called the big chain places and couldn’t get through to anyone. I looked on nextdoor and saw Dr. Drips highly recommended and called. The pipe burst around 4pm on Friday evening so
I didn’t have much hope to get it taken care of anytime soon with Christmas weekend starting. But the team at Dr. Drips said they would look if anyone was in my area and try to get someone out that evening and when there wasn’t an option for that I was scheduled the next morning in a two hour window. They showed up in the first half of the time frame and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Turns out the pipe had been fixed by another plumber before I purchased the house and they didn’t put the pipe insulation back on as it was just laying in the ceiling. Dr. Drips fixed everything and reinsulated the pipe, fixing what some prior repair forgot and likely left us vulnerable to this problem. Very happy and grateful we found Dr. Drips and will be using them as our plumbing service going forward.

My water heater went out right before the holidays, so we had some delay. They tried to expedite the needed parts but with the holidays and weather it took longer than usual. They were very responsive on any issues or questions.

Prior to calling Dr. Drips, there had been at least 3 other plumbers to my house. Matt with Dr. Drips was the first one to notice the major mistake of the PRV bypassing the water heater which was causing the showers and washing machine to vibrate on hot. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and my Father-in-Law was staying with us. We were leaving town to attend a family gathering on Christmas Eve, and about 4 pm my hot water heater release valve began spewing water. In a panic I called plumbing companies and one did not answer and my regular company was booked for several days out. My wife found Dr. Dripps by a recommendation from a friend so I called them. They immediately called me back and they were going to be able to come out on Christmas Eve. They then called me back and had a cancellation and they were at my house around 6pm on the 23rd! I was preparing myself to have to buy a new water heater, however the techs identified the problem and did not try to upsell me. The pressure regulator had gone bad on the water coming into the house. Tom was fast, professional, and gave me a reasonable quote to complete the repair. Tom and his fellow tech had the repair done and we were up and running in under thirty minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Dripps for any of your plumbing needs. I could have easily been taken advantage of, but Dr. Dripps was very affordable and they looked to find the simplest solution to my problem. I will call them first next time I have a plumbing issue. The Dr Drips folks were able to get somebody across town to my house in under 90 minutes, with the problem completely fixed about an hour later. I've had Dr Drips out multiple times for a large renovation project plus some followup work. They moved laundry room pipes, replaced old pipes, replaced a water heater then fixed it when it was defective (parts problem, not due to install). My contractor hired them initially but I'll continue calling them for additional or followup work. They are always responsive, punctual, professional, and friendly.

Quick service and our plumber was nice, but they came in for a clogged sink (fixed) and left with a broken sink. They said our pipe was cracked and was sealed previously. Maybe it was but it was working. They came in and resealed it but still didn’t work. Their only suggestion was a new sink. I think the pipe was taken off without care. They should have told me it would be a problem before hand. I don’t think we should’ve had to pay for the services.

Our kitchen sink was a disaster. Totally clogged. Note to self “never pour old potato flakes down the disposal”. They turn into cement in the pipe. Draino can’t do a thing against potatoe flakes. I bet you already knew that. I know that now.

I have finally found a trusted go-to plumber!! Tom Buck with Doctor Drips came in and did so well correcting a previous plumber's mess up with our kitchen renovation, that we hired them to execute our master bathroom renovation. Over the past 5 months Tom has been in and out of our home replacing interior lines, installing a gorgeous new tub and freestanding faucet and all the other fixtures in the bathroom on a schedule lined up with our general contractor. We also had them replace our hot water heater. They do it all! Couldn't be happier with how everything has turned out. 10 out of 10.

The man who came check out the water heater before he made a decision about the problem I was having then he told I needed a new water heater. He was very professional and did a good job on installing it and clean up and also thanked me. So yes I will tell everyone to call him first.

As a first time home owner, seeing water damage and what I believed to be a plumbing leak from bathroom pipes had me worried. With one call to Doctor Drips, the owner Jance, sent out a great plumber that same day. Once Tom arrived, he proceeded to look at all reasons as to why there was water damage. With a few discussions so I had an understanding and LIMITED cutting into the dry wall, Tom figured out it was not a leak from the bathroom, but a broken water line inside my refrigerator. Tom proceeded to diagnose the issue with the refrigerator and explain to me a simple fix so I would not have to call out an appliance company. Of the small mess that was made, Tom cleaned it up as if he were never there. I could not be happier with my choice to use Doctor Drips!
