Best Emergency Maintenance in Nashville TN

Came in on short notice and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Was courteous and cleaned up when he was done. Had a plumber from another company that diagnosed the issue. Wanted to cut out pipes, refit etc. and wanted over $700 to do it. Bo was awesome. Will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again.

They mark up their prices and we were not at all pleased with their work.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Call for quote and they use some fancy system to schedule you. My day and time came but I never recieved a quote. I called and was told the tech hasn't turned it in yet. Almost a week later I called again only to be told they couldn't do the work anytime soon. Well I still wanted my quote but was then asked my I wanted them to do the work when they couldnt do it anytime soon. I stated that the time may work but I couldnt understand why I never got a quote. Basically they never looked to quote nor was the office staff going to have anybody look. I asked for an owner or manager to call. Let's say a month later I am still waiting! Dont waste your time on their lack of professionalism!

Update: This company does such a fantastic job I called again, for a leaking faucet.Eric Jones was the technician he was professional and efficient and kind. I have already planned another project in August and requested Eric service as the quote given was extremely reasonable. Will use this company for all of my plumbing needs....,07/25/2022...
I called about a major plumbing issue and Cody arrived the next morning. He was very personable and answered all of my questions and gave me an excellent quot for Major repair work. My home is old and had galvanized sewer pipes and water pipes. The next day a crew of master plumbers arrived and replaced my sewer line and water line in under 4 hours in 90+ degree weather. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone with plumbing needs. Plumbing is dirty work and believe me they had to dig and boy did they get dirty. However I am overjoyed and please with the work that was performed. A great bunch of young gentleman. For your plumbing needs call them! You won't regret it.

The technician arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was very professional and courteous. I was offered a choice as to what level of repair he could perform. He explained each option and we discussed the choices until I was comfortable with plan. He did a good job, and worked quickly. He was not completely satisfied with one of the clamps that was in place so he left and came back with a better part.
I was pleased with the job performed.
I was then contacted by customer service the following day to confirm that I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend 615 , and would use them for future needs.
