Really great technicians. Service was fast and there was a lot of open availability to get my problem fixed quick. The pricing for the service was insanely expensive. Overpriced, if you ask me. Especially for the small job we had done which was said by the technician to be ‘straight forward’. Glad the outlet we needed fixed works well now but good gosh - it was expensive. The price is the one reason may not use this company again.

Diagnosed the issue, created a short term solution and then wrote a report for me to bring to HOA for the big fix(turned out the diagnosed issue is HOA responsibility). Hoping they just bring him right back, but for now, Dave certainly left us better than he found us.

Frog Heating, Air and Electeical by far has the best customer service in the industry. I have called some of the other better rated companies and as far as I am concerned Frog has no competition. They are hands down the best. Curtis came by today for a tune up and said everything looked good! He didn’t try and tell me the whole unit was falling apart when it wasn’t or any BS like that. He was a super friendly guy too! Highly highly recommend these guys!

From initial consult/estimate to final installation, Frog and Josh were fantastic. They were on-time, coped with delivery issues that were on us, and helped in so many ways. Completely pleased with them and highly recommended!!!!

I called Frog after a frustrating experience with another company. They were helpful and friendly. They sent Jose, a fabulous electrician, out to my home within a few hours of my call to assist me. He gave excellent customer service and completed a fairly complex task very quickly and efficiently. I will be calling Frog and requesting Jose for all of my future electrical needs!

Ruben Flores replaced the compressor for our Goodman split air conditioning unit. It was mid 90s outside and he worked for hours diligently to install and get the system fixed up and running.Buy him lunch.We appreciate the customer service Pioneer provided as we were customers of Frog electrical.

As far as this visit, I’m 100% satisfied and would highly recommend. They will be installing a new unit in a few days and I expect to be as satisfied with that.

Josh is the name of the rep who came to my house to perform the repairs to my electrical wiring on the outside of my house. Josh was super nice, very professional and right on time. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and even worked through lunch without a break for over three hours. He was was polite, professional and respectful. After a horrible experience with another electric company, we called Frog to have someone come out and fix the previous company’s job.Dave Rogers came out within hours of my call and had the worked completed and down properly before 11am!He and his co-worker were extremely helpful and got the job done! Wish we would have called them to begin with!I would highly recommend!

Nick was the best electrician! He was patient with my messy wiring and was very thorough and neat in his electrical work! He even took the time to help me understand my electrical system and taught me about wire connections! He said was swift in fixing the problem but did not rush through the job! Overall, nick did the best job and helped me fix my breaker and get power back to my bathrooms!

We had a total of four electricial companies visit our home for a quote to run 240v wiring for a hot tub install, and install 120v receptacle for gas range operation.Frog came in about $5,000 over our next highest quote. Which was that about $1,700. It was difficult to understand why their company wanted to upgrade so many things in order to install a line out to our hot tub. Even without the upgrades on our box they stated would be necessary to do the job, the breakdown of work showed a significantly higher number for doing the original work itself.I will say that Michelle, the one I spoke to over the phone was an absolute angel. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated her. If the numbers had been closer we would have chosen them just for her.It was frustrating to have paid for the inspection only to find the numbers so incredibly high by comparison.

Use these guys and you will not be disappointed! The technician who came out was great - thanks Curtis! They were prompt, professional and friendly. They will be my go to going forward. Thanks Frog!!!

I had a new dryer vent installed to correct an issue with he old vent line. Overall, I am satisfied with the work. However I wasn't pleased with the crack left in my foundation caused be the new cutout required for the exhaust. I realize mistakes like this can occur but usually they because of workers in a rush to finish. Please note this is my opinion of how generally accidents happen in similar projects. They repaired the small residual crack and painted it to match the foundation.

Very quick to get me in for appointment. Matthew was very nice and professional. The only disappointment I had, was finding out the cost of cleaning a drain for an AC unit and adding an opening for said drain to be over $300. Matthew informed me, had I been on the service plan it would’ve cost me nothing. I asked if I could be on the service plan and the answer was no. I know that other companies offer the $99 service plan and because they were not willing to allow me to purchase it, to save &200.00 I will take my $100.00 a year, elsewhere.

Frog/Pioneer employee Kyle Tapia (& his sidekick for the day) left us feeling pretty great about a job well done! We have a very old electrical box which was causing problems with our HVAC system. Kyle was genuine, cheerful, thoughtful, and skilled in his line of work…all of which make for a very happy customer! Due to necessity he got us on the schedule asap & they worked all day to install a sub panel, repaired the electrical to the hvac, and prepared the way for part two. (So thankful for cool air in this heat and that which is coming!) Next week he and a helper will come and install an entire new main panel/breaker box for our house due to it being old and needing updating for safety & performance. So I’ll try and remember to comment on the second half of the job afterward~but we don’t expect anything less than the service we have received for the first. You may have to wait, or you may get in quickly, but it seems to us well worth going with this company.

My sister and I were both totally IMPRESSED by Curtis and other persons we have dealt with from Frog. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything you need done! Curtis is a Marine (there is no such thing as an ex-Marine) and he is straight and honest with his customers. If Curtis says it can be done, you can count on him to get it done and get it done right! Frog and all the employees CARE about their customers. Frog and Curtis now has a new customer for LIFE!

We have a service agreement with Frog Heating and Cooling for about a year now. They first came out to our previous home when the a/c wasn’t working and told us our hvac needed replacing. They said they could replace an expensive part but that it wouldn’t last long and they highly recommended replacement. That cost us $6000. We replaced it and six months later we moved to our new home. This summer our a/c wasn’t working very strongly. They came out and discovered that our air ducts were not sealed properly and we had mold in them. That cost us $3800 to fix. They left before checking that it was working properly and we ended up in 80 degree heat until they could make it back out. Then a follow up appointment sent them back out to check things and once they left we were without a/c once again. These guys had to come back 6 times from 8/1/18 and 8/13/18 for the a/c not working properly. Then, last week they came out per our service agreement to do fall maintenance on the system. Said everything looked great. That night our home got super overheated. Turned out that he failed to mention that he turned the electricity off to the unit which was going to screw with our program on the thermostat which went into some god awful default schedule. Last night I noticed the house kept getting colder and colder as the night went on despite being set on heat to 63 degrees. Woke up this morning to a 52 degree house and no air coming out of the vents to heat us at all. Called once again to have them come out to fix whatever it is they screwed up this time and it will be about 7 hours before someone will be out here to get us warmed up. So here I sit in layers of clothes and blankets! I don’t know what they keep doing to screw up our unit but I’m totally disgusted and angry at this point. We’ve given them so many chances. Going to seek a cancellation of my service agreement. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any company I’ve hired for any reason. Absolute nightmare. Save yourself thousands and choose another company.

Blake was our repairman. Very cordial well mannered young man. Went into crawl space under home, found leaking copper pipe. Explained issue and provided quote. Significantly lower than the competitions price. We agreed to price and leak was repaired in less than 2 hours. Way to go Blake and way to go FROG!! In the future, should we need plumbing services, we will be calling 🐸 1st!!

Dave at Frog Electric has taken good care of us on multiple visits. He's real, speaks in layman's terms, works efficiently and listens well. Just an all-around good dude who knows his stuff.Frog's administrative team is 100% on it. They do what they say they're going to do and have a system of helpful (but not annoying) reminders. I get an auto text when Dave's on his way to help me gauge timing within the two-hour window they provide. Zero complaints after multiple experiences.

I had my regular servicer come out yesterday because my HVAC was pumping only hot air. He said 1) it's definitely the compressor, and 2) I have a bad mold problem on top of that.I am SO GLAD I got a second opinion from Frog Air. Luke came out today (a Sunday). He immediately said my compressor was fine. He went through trial and error, eventually diagnosing a bad board. And he took pictures to show I have Zero mold, just a little mildew, and that's normal.So instead of a $3000 bill, or the $7000 new unit, I was fixed for less than $500.So go with Frog Air. You can trust Luke. And do not go with Rapid Response.

Buyer beware. I never write reviews, but I feel a responsibility and obligation to in this instance.We did a major renovation of our home, which we worked with many, many vendors throughout the process. We were delighted and worked reasonably and well with all others. Frog was a gross exception. We engaged them 20 months ago to install two new Carrier units with smart thermostats. Since then, we have had more than 35 technician visits for problems (literally 35+), and easily more than 100 emails, phone calls and texts. A majority of my requests for further help were ignored and I had to continually nag them to respond and help me. I also asked numerous times to speak with their CEO or leadership about this experience, and I was always blocked and denied. As of this writing, my last request for help has gone unanswered four times and I am throwing in the towel. I will be engaging another company and paying more money to get the job done.To be clear, I was not a high maintenance customer. My simple needs as agreed to in the transaction were to 1) have two units installed, 2) functioning with heating and cooling and 3) with smart thermostats. We went through a minimum of ten thermostats, and replacement was predominately due to bad installation, not compatible, or configuration and wiring with each tech stating the prior tech didn’t do it correctly. Our follow up calls for help weren’t due to being picky... our system would not blow either hot or cold air at all.I will give them credit for showing up 35+ times, albeit with a lot of my frustrated reminding and nagging to have them do so. While they did show up and were nice and polite most times, they could never get the job done.I am a very reasonable customer and am not demanding. My needs were reasonable in that I wanted functioning units with smart thermostats. I was not a push over, and I stayed on Frog to deliver what I paid for. Ultimately that never happened, and it came with a lot of time, frustration, stress and an uncomfortable home when things weren’t working.

Nick was very professional and help. We had him here for several visits. He installed several lights new plus and outlets. Also we had a whole house surge protection installed. Everyone in the office was so help we have recommended nick and frog electric to others

Frog Heating, Air and Electrical installed my HVAC unit and have been taking care of it ever since. This was the bi-annual visit to review the A/C unit. Josh arrived timely and worked efficiently to ensure the system was running efficiently. He even installed new filters for me and pointed out some maintenance items that would be needed soon. Would highly recommend the Frog team for any HVAC and electrical work.

We have a fair estimate from them to do the HVAC, we just had them out to update our electrical box, and we're getting an estimate from them next week for a water heater install. We like the service guys and they are always on time.

Do not use! We agreed to use Frog because Mr sparky there sister company suggested them and their preventative maintenance program. Wrong move! They cleaned the coils outdoors without removing the cover and didn't take any pressure readings. Had they have done this, they would picked up that we had a major leak. As a result our AC went out 4th July weekend. Called their after hours and no return call. Do we called Lee company who came out and fixed our air and pointed out all the preventative steps that should have been done by Frog. Manager called this morning and didn't know what to say when I explained that they charged us but didn't actually do anything. She says they are refunding our money since they didn't prevent anything.

Matt came out to my home to prepare a materials list for an anticipated installation for an EVR unit also to replace and repair a Mitsubishi mini split that is only a year old that we continue having problems with. Matt elected upon coming to my home, since this was the first time he’s seen this issue , to spend the time to evaluate whether we have the correct unit installed in our cat sanctuary to begin with. He is going to start from there and I am elated and extremely appreciative to have his experience and expertise looking at this. I am now several thousands of dollars into this unit and still cannot achieve complete service for even a full one year. I’m very appreciative and thankful that Matt is on board as well as the entire Frog team I’m hoping that the next move will be the solution to be able to fix the problem. I need to add at this time that Frog was not the initial company that did the installation of this unit but they will be the company I feel to resolve my problem!

They came out the same day that I called! Nick the tech was efficient, professional and did a great job of replacing our ceiling fan and a light switch. He also hauled away our old fan, which was very helpful.

Great experience. I was having issues with my heat and after doing some research online, I called Frog. They sent a tech out within a few hours. Curtis was extremely knowledgeable and went through my options for service. He always told me price upfront and I never felt like he was pushing anything on me. He was able to fix my heating issue in a little over an hour. I will certainly call Frog (and Curtis) again with any issues/needs. Highly recommend.

I purchased a follow on my service to be done in approximately a year. I received a reminder call just before the year deadline but with all the quarantine going on I postponed it. I received a call back and scheduled the appointment after it was explained to me about the extra measures to be taken to keep everyone safe. Luke showed up on time and went right to work wearing his mask and gloves. My units were checked out and all was good. Luke explained the services Frog has in place and let me know I am in good shape with my unit, no problems.. I couldn't be happier with the way my appointment went today. Luke is so professional and genuine! The appointment could not have gone better!

Dave and Brandon arrived within two hours of me calling Frog to get someone to come out and fix a wire in our panel. Very efficient, explained what they were doing and were in and out in under and hour. Will definitely call them again for future services.

Wow! We are in the East Nashville/Inglewood area and I am usually one who complains in reviews and whatnot but Frog and Curtis have won me over.Curtis came out, after a competitor of theirs who said they'd come today flaked and said it would be tomorrow morning. Our dogs tore a patch of the flex tubing, and I have a 5 month old that we are trying to keep warm in the winter. Frog's competitors quoted me saying it would be 600-1200 bucks to make a simple fix of one to two feet of tubing!!!Curtis fixed it and I was so impressed I even got on their maintenance plan for a VERY reasonable price compared to what is now my previous HVAC company. Even after he was done he noticed something was an issue and said you want to check that out and we found that the intake going to our unit wasn't even connected and would cause motor failure. He took the time and fixed it right and wasn't trying to up charge or gouge me like the others did when I called them to try coming out even short notice.

My experience was less than satisfactory. My family was stressed because of concerns not having alarm coverage while on family vacation due to electrical problems.Your technicians was at my home for several hours suggesting faulty breaker only to install then stating its not the issue. I personally asked your technician did he check installed garage lights that I installed the prior year and was told he did. He remained at out home more time eventually stating he cant find issue and there was nothing left to do, but rewire. I was sent a quote recommending this service. Upon return from vacation a separate company was called to come inspect and we had them check the lights in the garage and as suggested it was a frayed wire and hot wire touching creating breaker trip.The technician was a super nice guy, but the time and money we have wasted because of a something that should’ve been caught by simply checking garage lights as asked made this experience less than ideal.

Josh never showed up.I briefly went outside when I came in someone had called but left no message.I get a lot of solicitation type of phone calls so I didn’t call the number.I finally called Frog and was advised job completed , but the tech did include a note to them he called and left message to us, again no voice mail.My question is why didn’t he come by? Was because it was late?I was looking for a reliable company, I guess I will keep looking.I have requested a refund for the tune up package I paid for, I hope I get it. One employee told me it may take a while.

FROG provided a 2 hr time window (most companies allow a 4-6 hr window) for service which was great and respective of my time. They updated by phone and email on the ETA of the tech. Tech arrived within the time window and completed the entire service in about 30 mins. All safety protocols were followed. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the service to be performed and answered questions. Once completed, shared the results and tips for keeping system working efficiently. I utilized FROG for HVAC service in the past with my prior home and they are still as great as they were then. Price is great for the yearly maintenance. If you haven't tried them for HVAC service and aren't happy with your current provider, give them a try.

Andrew came to my house, determined what needed to be done in a very professional manner, and did what needed doing.Ii had several issues needing to be addressed. He corrected the problems efficiently and well. I won't hesitate to call upon him in the future. Nancy Levy

Great service. Very informative on the inspection and explaining to us what he was doing. Helped us out by explaining the process of getting the power turned on at our property. Already started the process for us to have an inspector to come within the next couple of days.

Work was good however, pricing was on the very high end for the electrical side. Work was about 2 hours, and electrical outlets provided, and the total was about 780.We have used them for our AC and Heating and they were always competitive with the pricing however, the electrical is a little too high, but the quality of work was good.I would say, if cost isn't a concern and you want guaranteed quality, they are the way to go. Otherwise I would recommend shopping around, as you will typically be able to find work around 150 an hour + parts instead of 300 - 350 an hour.You get a discount if you are a member of their ESA club, but even with that 10% off, it would still be quite a bit more than elsewhere.

Josh was very professional and explained my options for installing a new hvac unit. I'm still exploring other quotes, but would consider working with Frog Heating again.

Frog Heating and Air installed two units for us and were SO great to work with during such a stressful time. There’s never a good time for your air to go out, but their efficiency and friendly service made us customers for life. AJ came by for a service call today when our heat wasn’t working and fixed it within minutes and was friendly and in and out in less than 10 minutes.

A few years ago, I found this company on Angie's List and couldn't be more satisfied. Today's service call by Curtis was 100% knowledge and professionalism. Happy to now be a permanent customer, Frog!!

We have a really old unit and were afraid the technician would use the age of it to try and convince us we need a new one, but Curtis did not. Curtis has been maintaining our HVAC system for several years and has always been helpful. He takes the time to explain what the issues are and how to best repair/replace items to keep our 13 year old HVAC system running. It is now time to replace the old HVAC system with new equipment, and based on Curtis' and FROG's excellent service over the years we have purchased our new system from them. We expect their performance to continue to be excellent in the coming years.

It's rare that a service person comes to your home and makes you feel better about what needs to happen, especially when it is going to cost money. However, that is exactly what Curtis did when he came to check on our HVAC. The level of honesty and empathy he had was clear. He really put himself in our shoes and helped us find the best way to solve our issue as if he was doing things for his own family on his own house. Before the pandemic they were great. Now that they've partnered with Frontier they are completely unreliable. We've been trying to get routine maintenance for a month. Plumber canceled. Electrician canceled. A/C canceled twice. The plumber and electrician were marketed as an additional included service, which we don't really care about. But I expect them to service the A/C unit that they installed and require bi-annual service on to maintain the warranty.We plan our precious days off around these service appointments. Cancelations have real costs.

The day was extremely hot and they had to take apart my old system to get it out of the attic. There were issues with the new system but they stuck with it late into the night to make sure it was done before they left. After running for 18 years, our HVAC system finally died, on the hottest day of summer! We have an elderly mother upstairs and a senior puppy in the house as well. After placing several calls to different HVAC repair centers, the only one to respond right away was Frog. I had already read reviews on them and was confidant in moving forward with them. They did not have any open appointments but a tech (Josh) squeezed us in anyway. They were booked the next two days, but because of the severity of the heat and the situation they set us up for the next day! It was supposed to be a noon arrival, but they called in the morning and asked if they could come early! They were here exactly at 9 am (the time they confirmed in the call). The service folks (Zach and Kevin) were extremely professional, were wearing masks, and they worked very efficiently despite the extreme heat and humidity. They left no detail untouched, sealing, caulking, and even cleaning up after themselves. We were absolutely floored by the Frog! Hopefully we won't need any repairs for years to come, but if we do - you can be sure we're going with them again.

Had an issue on a Saturday and A.J. was on call for Frog's 24/7 service. He arrived within an hour, had my issue fixed in 15 minutes and was very professional and courtious. He didn't mind coming in from on call and I was super appreciative of his help. I would definitely recommend A.J. and Frog.

They replaced my entire AC unit. It was old and had multiple problems. Problem was fixed within a couple of days. I called them Wednesday night, had a tech onsite Thursday, and they had me on the installation schedule Friday. House is finally cool again and I'm super thankful for their help

Josh called to give an ETA for his arrival within the appointment time frame. Upon arrival, Josh was professional and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. After the service, he went over his findings and gave excellent recommendations. He also provided a quote for repairs, but did not hard sell anything. All in all, I was very impressed by my interaction and would use this company again.

Called Frog to get a technician to clean and check our AC in early summer. All refrigerant levels were good and the unit was cleaned. Signed up for their annual maintenance plan. A few days after the visit, the unit failed to cool our home and had to call them back out. Apparently a pin sized hole suddenly appeared and all the refrigerant leaked out. They wanted $650 to seal and repair the leak and refill. Went with another company and happy we made the switch.

Andrew called and came to my home and gave me a great evaluation and the cost to fix my problems. He is courteous and easy to get along with. He puts you at ease immediately and totally explains everything so it is understandable and all of the options. Everything is shining nice and bright and in great working condition. I was looking for a heating and air company with same day sevice on a weekend so I called. They were right on it. Customer service was great and Luke the technician was even better. He listened to my concerns, fixed the problem and addressed issues that may come up in the future and ways to prevent them. The guy who was sent to my house for an estimate was shockingly confrontational. Was tempted to kick him out of my house before he even gave me the pricing estimate… which was MEGA overpriced. They quoted me $4k… every other estimate was $1700 - $2000. And then they try to push some whole house surge protector on you which is garbage. Never calling these guys again.

Frog was incredibly helpful from the beginning. Other companies quoted me appointments in 1-2 weeks. Frog sent Curtis out to help the next day and he knew the solution as soon as I described the symptoms of the problem. Got us up and running within an hour of arrival. Definitely will use them again!

We had to replace our entire HVAC system when we moved into our house. It was very overwhelming. We did our due diligence and received quotes from over 10 companies as a brand new system is sort of like buying a small car.We had the big guys, the small guys, the local guys, just about everyone. But when Curtis showed up from Frog HVAC, there was a shift and a noticeable difference in how he and the company itself approached our situation.Curtis was professional, kind, understanding, and most important, listened to what we were looking for. He didn't try to sell us on anything...A lot of the companies were using fear tactics on us in an attempt to oversell us larger units and accessories we don't need....or tell us we needed vents moved or triple the amount of returns. But Curtis was different. Without provocation, he looked under above and around our house and talked to us calmly and explained options...he didn't talk AT us.... he spoke TO us and made us feel extremely comfortable.We chose Frog because of Curtis and we are so glad we did. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were 100% satisfied (and we are thanks to him...). I requested an estimate for my malfunctioning air conditioning unit from Frog heating and air. Mathew showed up on time. He showed professional manner and explained every options for my ac unit replacement.

What I like about these guys is they answer the phone at all hours, set an appointment, arrive in the appointment window, give you a courtesy call on the way, have all the HVAC tools/supplies to do the work on the visit, quote a price, and do it.One time I had a blower failure in my unit (unit was not bought/installed through Frog), and they did the extra work to source the a new part because it was under-warranty, and only charged me for the installation labor. That saved me hundreds of dollars.

Nick did a great job changing out my smoke alarm batteries. I have 3 on a 12 foot ceiling and one on an 18 foot ceiling. He worked quickly, but made sure not scratch my wood floors. Pricey to replace 2 LED fixtures was $300 and only took a half hour.. plus the $40 fee to diagnose the week prior. But Butch was professional, on time, and did quality work. Had I been aware of the price I would not have scheduled the repair though.

Matt was knowledgeable and promptly restarted my Trane heat pump, but still having temperature issues. Frog Air installed unit 1 year ago, and so far, I am unhappy with my purchase and performance of unit. Experiencing temperatures of 72 degrees downstairs, while 82 degrees upstairs during summer months. Also experiencing $125 increase in heating bills during winter months since installation. Was informed at time of installation that there would be some improvement in temperature range. But was told last summer by technician there was nothing that could be done but for me to purchase a 2nd unit. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford any additional financial obligations. Matt strongly advised scheduling a maintenance appointment and assured me they would troubleshoot and correct the problem .

After calling other companies who couldn't make it out same day, we called Frog due to an electrical surge and Butch showed up a few hours later. He was right on time and fix our issue within 30 minutes. Great service and very knowledgeable. We will recommend Butch and Frog to others!

The technician charged 800 dollars to refill our Freon and diagnose the issue. (He said he would fill it up and have to explore it, at which point it would be a lot of money due to losing more Freon) It stopped cooling within a week or two. We called in a second opinion and they informed us that a bolt had been loosened to purposely cause a leak. After refilling it and fixing the bolt, he then informed us about different scams that companies use to have repeat customers. We didn't contact Frog back to complain and it has been a while but I'm still infuriated.

This helps them provide free estimates (rather than a fee for entering your driveway) and keeps their overall operating costs down so that they can bid lower than their competition. We have two heat and air units in our home that have needed servicing separately in the past year. Our first experience last summer with Curtis W. at Frog was so great that we didn't question calling again when a sensor went out on the second (non-serviced) unit during the recent cold spell. We crossed our fingers that we would get Curtis again but didn't require it since we know the record cold lows are straining all resources. But we were thrilled when Curtis rang our doorbell. He had our sensor repaired and our Nest thermostat reinstalled (we'd taken it down for testing) within the hour. He is a great guy with handy knowledge. Since we needed the service, we were happy we got it from Curtis and Frog.

I called Frog for our annual system check/tune up only to learn we had mold growing on the inside and outside of our HVAC unit duct work. Curtis was EXTREMELY thorough and professional when explaining how it happened and what can be done. Although we're spending $4000+ on duct sealing and 2 air purifiers - I couldn't be more confident in his recommendation and truly believe he would have recommended the same for his own house. I was a happy Hiller member for years but truthfully have been extremely impressed with Frog's tech's and never questioned their recommendation(s). Curtis gets two thumbs up!

I always use Frog for my heating/cooling needs. Their staff is friendly, especially Curtis. They have have never tried to take advantage of me and fix things that don't need to be fixed. Curtis is practically family to both myself and my mom since her services her units as well. A friend at work recommended Frog so I decided to try them out for my annual heating system check-up. As a native Nashvillian, I'm not interested in working with behemoths like Hiller, Lee, Donelson Air, etc. who are giant machines that don't seem to really care about their customers. I called Frog and the woman I spoke to was SUPER friendly and got me scheduled quickly. Mathew (one T!) was AWESOME. Very knowledgable, professional, friendly, and totally not aggressive with any kind of upselling. In fact, I was the one who brought up to him some other things I was interested in having looked at later. He also let me know that I could be buying much cheaper air filters than the ones I'm currently using, so I'll do that next time I need a pack! I purchased the $99/year deal where you get a heating system check-up in the fall and an AC system check-up in the spring. (I know they're not technically called check-ups...I just like thinking about them like I'm taking my HVAC to the pediatrician lol.) Plus, you get 10% off other HVAC and electrical work throughout the year if you need it. AND, my favorite, it's not a contract, so they're not going to automatically bump up the price and charge you again with no heads up the following year. After Mathew left, I immediately texted my mom and another homeowner friend and told them these were the folks to use from now on. I'm also involved with my HOA and will be suggesting we use Frog for some air duct cleaning this winter.TLDR: Excellent service, excellent price. Is it weird that it actually felt kinda good giving them my money?...

Curtis was my technician and they immediately came to our house and fixed our ac unit! Very courteous and quick! He even saved my wife and I money with getting more life into our air conditioner unit! Frog is a great company to deal with!

Butch from Frog has been out to my property twice now and has been a great help providing detail on what could be causing the electrical issues I was having. He came out to check on a breaker for my HVAC unit and was able to assess the issue and get the work accomplished in a quick time frame. No one wants to be sweating in the heat of summer with no AC and he was able to get it done. Would highly recommend and will use them again!

Matthew was knowledgeable, experienced and honest. He was out to evaluate my crawlspace ductwork. While the systems are old he did not find any breaches and expects the system to hold up 2-3 more years. After insulation and moisture barrier is removed and reinstalled by another company he will come back out to see if they did any damage. When needed in the future I will call Matthew at Frog Co.

I hope Frog is grateful to have Dave as a member of their team. He’s knows what he’s talking about and shared his knowledge with me so I knew what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it. 10/10 recommend if you have any electrical problems with your home. Trustworthy guy who has you in his best interest.

The techs that came out to quote a job for us were terrific!Update- After the work was done I am still very impressed with Frog and especially Butch and his helpers. The work was great and the guys were awesome. If we ever need HVAC or electrical work again, we will definitely use this company and if possible request the same crew.

Update: 12-22-22...Thanks to FROG and Butch P, a very dangerous situation was discovered and repaired.Service was amazingly quick in responding and Butch was as friendly as he was knowledgeable. Thanks to him an unknown fire hazard was quickly taken care of.This is my go-to company!‐------‐‐----------------------------------I had lost hope of finding an electrician who would work on my mobile home. I called FROG yesterday, had an online chat with Amanda. Almost immediately, a team member contacted me, and we set an appointment for today.Right on time, Andrew showed up. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, he had my electrical problems repaired in about an hour....patiently answering all our questions along the way.I can't imagine using anyone else!

Same-day response and repair after storm damage. I think the quote was expensive based on the materials and labor required to complete the repair, but they were responsive, professional, and got the power restored a quickly as possible. Overall a good experience.

3/9/2020 - Josh came out to inspect my HVAC. An annual tune up revealed the age and exhaustion of my current unit. Josh was straight forward in what my options we’re whether I fixed it or upgraded to a new unit. My new unit was installed same day and I’m pleased with the work and service of the entire Frog team!3/12/2020 - Butch came out to inspect the electrical work for my new home. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and addressed all my concerns. Butch had come out to give my wife and I a quote on moving out outside panel and extending the conduit to allow NES to move the line (doing some other construction work etc.). Frog installed my HVAC unit 2 years ago. For some reason my heat did not turn on either last year or this year. I asked the call center to have someone from the Frog office call me. Diana called first thing the next morning and sent someone out to repair the unit without charge. She was very kind and so helpful. I may have spent a little more on my unit than I would have with an independent AC person, but the customer care is well worth it!!! I highly recommend this company.

Andrew A. came out to do an estimate for some gas line work for an outdoor grill. He did a thorough inspection of requirements of my current equipment and house demands and even answered a few impromptu unrelated questions resulting in a second quote on another project. We have used Frog for years from electrical to HVAC and now pipe fitting.

We have used Frog Heating & Air for years and always appreciate their friendly technicians and staff. Reasonable service fee pricing. Our most recent visit brought some confusion on repair pricing but all was resolved satisfactorily.

We had frog air out back when it was still hot. It was going to be just over $600 to replace the motor but he suggested a new unit as our unit is 19 years old.We agreed that a new unit would be better. The coast of the new unit and warranty was $8000. So we started saving and put a few window units in.Fast forward to its snowing out side and we still have no heat or air. We call and say ok we can't afford the new unit but we will go ahead and get the motor. We need heat. A different guy comes out and says that the unit is shot and he recommends replacing. (Well duh still don't have 8grand) he then says it will be over $800 dollars for him to order and install the motor. Wait that just went up over $200. He also says and I dont know who worked on this before everything is a mess and backward. Um, frog was the last person that was there working on it, and the other guy didn't say anything about a mess and things being backward. So witch frog repair guy doesn't know how to do their job. (Or is this an upsale technique to sell a new unit that I still don't have 8grand for)I decided that someone doesn't know how to do their job say thank you pay the $69 service call fee and buy 2 more space heaters till we save to get a new unit. FYI that will come from a different company.

Had to cancel our service call. Curtis was extremely understanding and professional and did not pressure us at all. If this is any indication of how they run their business, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Andrew was extremely patient and informed and was willing to walk me through the ins and outs of the job. He made reasonable suggestions and completed his work in a timely manner and for a good price.

Bought a new home, HVAC failed the first week. Curtis came out and was so professional and friendly, we decided to go with Frog for unit replacement rather then some smaller companies who were a bit cheaper. It was also great that they do 2 years labor, one year of checkups, and have an amazing financing plan. I kind of got the impression that Curtis was going to be my HVAC guy during the inspection and purchase process - he answered my texts and questions so quickly - but it was another person who came to install my unit. So maybe Frog is a bit bigger then I realized, but still it was a great experience from A to Z.

I inquired about service online and received a call the same day! Believe it or not Joshua was able to come out this very same day to give me an estimate and begin the requested work. I’ve never had such speedy and excellent service. Joshua was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how he could go about doing a couple of the more difficult jobs. I’m very pleased with the immediate response from their receptionist, the speedy arrival of Joshua and his thoroughness in getting the jobs completed...especially the 2nd day when I requested two more fixes. The only thing that bothered me was the pricing to actually put up the light fixtures —$164 for the kitchen on top of the $187 to prep the spot and the same pricing for the garage light. Unfortunately my health (dizziness) wouldn’t allow me to put the lights up right now so I had to bite those two bullets. All in all though great company, excellent service, & extremely knowledgeable courteous service folks. Highly recommend

My negative thoughts...'here we go!'Contact The Surfin' Plumbers, who merged with Frog and acquired by Pioneer. Explained the situation via voicemail; reply was immediate. Date and time was set for technician John Huffman to assist with the problem.John was on time and installed the new thermostat. The only problem, it was a lesser model than my previous one. Contacted Pioneer again, explained the situation. They apologized and we set a new date to correct the issue.John returned with a different thermostat - a later model. Unfortunately...you guessed it, it too was not the correct/same model. John apologize and explained how the errors occurred - a matter of a digit here and/or a word there. He agreed to return on my next convenient day...before the beginning of his day to correct this setback.John called in advance, came out early with a smile on his face, and completed the installation with the correct model.Thank you, John Huffman! Without even an inkling of grief, disrespect, or tiresomeness, you went above and beyond professionally to complete this project. I had a technician (Matthew) out to give me a quote for moving a weird small hole/air vent under my broken dishwasher. He gave me really honest advice that was more in the interest of me than the company. He said the vent wasn't up to code and the cost to move it and get it up to code would exceed $1k. He said it was such a small vent and it wasn't pushing a significant amount of air, so my better option would be to seal the hole off. He didn't charge for the brief visit. Frogair definitely won over a new future customer.

The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing the outlets and the covers. The only objection I have to using this company in future is that although I accepted the charges, I feel they were on the high side by at least 30%. When I made the appointment, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be $39, but when I got the invoice I saw that there was a distance fee of $39 and a diagnostic fee of $124. Either there was a miscommunication, or that's a extra add-on that was slipped in.

I got a quote from frog to do replace a panel outside of my house. I requested a bigger panel than the guy suggested but he quoted me with the panel he wanted to install. They quoted it me $4000 and I told the guy that was way too much. They charged me the $39 service fee and left. The next day hiller came out and gave me a free quote for $2000 to have the bigger panel i wanted installed. Save your money on the service fee for a quote and go with hiller.

Go with someone else because this company will try and price gauge you. I was given an estimate of 3000-6000 when it was only a 200 job. I was also told I needed a new tub(mine is only 2). Luckily my husband found a different plumber who was able to fix our leak in an hour without ripping out our bathroom

We had a tremendous experience with Frog! Karen is a friendly communicator at the office that actually let us know every time when the technician was on the way unlike other companies that never call and you have to rush home from whatever you were doing.Chad was very friendly and nice to our dog. He was very courteous and knowledgable about the issue and worked hard to make sure someone could come back quickly to continue to fix the issue the next day.Health was awesome! He spent so much time working on the A/C unit and could have charged hundreds more for all the labor, but didn't. It is so hard to find honest people and he is. He explained the details of what he did to fix the issue in a way we could understand. He even took video of the water he got out of the blow motor so we could see what he did. Thanks so much to Heath and an awesome staff!

Josh was our electrician and was so professional, friendly and his work was top notch. We had a chandelier to be hung and he took the time to discuss and work with me about the placement and height, taking the chandelier down to adjust height multiple times. Would not hesitate for a second to call him back with any future needs!

Tech was at the house maybe 20 minutes and replaced one outlet and charged 230 dollars. Unfortunately that is super ridiculously high. I wouldn’t use this company again but they did come promptly but I felt like I was robbed.

Butch was very nice and courteous. But the company quote for install of 3 outdoor porch lights was almost $700, just a upgrade of current lights. We paid the on site fee, I came home watched YouTube video and installed all 3 in about 1 hour and half. I had a previous quote from a home Depot pro installer for $150 ...I just wanted to use a company over a individual. I understand company has overhead but that price was insane. At the end of the day they did not gain a Customer. The Associate was very respectful and nice.

They came out to fix a plastic smell I detected in my outlets and were able to find the issue, switch out the outlet issue and check all my other outlets.

It was determined that you could not install a generator to my home. There was no charge for the call. I appreciate your honesty.

Excellent service! Identified and fixed the problem with a non-working light fixture. Also identified a potentially dangerous situation and replaced a melting switch. Thoroughly explained each step along the way. Cleaned up afterwards. We LOVED what FROG stands for! We’ll definitely call FROG for future electrical needs.

Quick service, everything is done in a professional manner. We had an emergency on a weekend and need to hire someone fast before the party of people coming over. Frog was quick to respond and send someone ASAP. I do think the price was higher than usual. I had a repair done for a similar problem for $300 less but knowing it had to get done right away FROG did come in the clutch.

The tech was very professional. The value is appalling. They quoted me $550 to replace a defrost board. I called several other companies for a quote and they were all $300 cheaper or more. Frog air labor must be the top 1% as the part was only $75 online.

Josh, was very nice and got right to the job. The only complaint I have is being charged diagnosis on each things being fixed separate and then being charged to repair each. This should be just charged once on total job. $124 to diagnosis and repair a light switch is gouging a customer when you are there to check out things and fix them. Instead of being charged separately for each thing. Also the price of the total job should be told to customer before the work is done. Let's the customer know if they can afford to have work done at that time.

Came out same day to provide quote on replacing our heat pump. The technician went over all the options and prices in a professional manner. Would recommend.

Nick was the electrician who came to my house to install 5 light fixtures. He was prompt and very professional. While the job ended up taking longer than expected, Nick took his time and explained to us how the electric work done previously was incorrect, but he would be able to get the job done the right way. I discovered a small leak in my basement. The dispatcher explained to me they were booked up and couldn't get a plumber out for almost week, but they could put me on standby for an appointment. the next day called back to tell me a technician was on their way. Adam Buford arrived that afternoon and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. Adam was professional, quick, thorough and answered all my questions and even took the broken pipe to do a test on it at home to see if I might find out why the crack happened. When reading reviews I generally disregard the most glowing and the most negative reviews. I figure somebody's cousin was enlisted to write an over the top review and with scorching reviews I assume that some people will never be happy. Rather than complain I want to caution. I had used Pioneer Plumbing prior to their becoming part of Frog and was initially excited that two companies I liked were united. My recent experience was unpleasant and expensive and discouraging. I am used to companies upselling but Pioneer, now Frog, takes it to an unprecedented level. I relied on the prior service I had received months ago to accept a proposed costly solution that turned out to be unnecessary and did not solve the problem for which I sought professional assistance. I won't make that mistake again. If you are presented with a service option that costs a considerable sum be wary. Sleep on it and contact another plumbing company before making a decision you may regret. I am disappointed and cross that I was misled and that the problem about which I contacted Frog still exists after a follow-up visit. Now I have to find a competent plumbing company and pay them for a service that should have been done right the first time.

While changing a broken switch I managed to loose power in the whole room. I couldn't find the short, but Nick found it in no time and rewired the switch and ceiling fan so that everything works as it should. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

This was my first time using this company. I had a lighting fixture that needed repair. The tech that came out, Josh, was really great. He actually showed up early, and the company called ahead to make sure that was ok. Their pricing was pretty straightforward and reasonable. I was a bit worried about whether the fixture could be put back and look the way it did before, but the end result was perfect and the job was done quicker than I expected. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience was really good. I plan on using them again in the future as needed.

The folks I interacted with were true professionals and did a good job on the emergency updates/repairs to our breaker panel and water heater. They were able to respond quickly after we had a small electrical fire.Unfortunately, they were also professional in sales, deploying upsell and high pressure tactics, which made the experience less than ideal and left a bad taste in my mouth. Even after I got them to take $1,000 off the quote, I still paid $6,000 for a new water heater, install, and breaker refresh to our breaker panel. Which I knew was still above market rate, but they were able to do the job quickly and we needed everything back up and running with a baby at home.I originally called Frog Heating, Air, & Electrical, but the recently merged team at Pioneer ended up doing the work. Perhaps Frog doesn't operate in this way, but that's one of the risks of merging with a company that may have different tactics.I would use them again in an emergency, but will seek other companies when I have more time and the option to get multiple quotes.Updated after company response: I went with the bare minimum package they presented in order to get the panel restored and a new water heater. I could have saved a few hundred by getting a cheaper water heater, but I went with the slightly nicer one and negotiated less on labor (so Rheem water heater and install was about $3000).The breaker panel work, which wasn’t a full restore but a refresh of switches, was $3000 for parts and labor, for a few hours of work.Again, I went with the minimum package presented, and even negotiated it down. That’s one of the tactics that I was talking about, they present a bunch of high cost options to make the low cost option feel more palatable, even when that’s marked up significantly as well.

Great communication leading up to the appointment. Curtis arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed the inspection/preventive maintenance and followed up with me. I have had the maintenance plan with Frogg’s for a couple of years and definitely recommend it.

Butch did a great job of finding the trouble with my Living Room electricity. He checked a few plugs rewired and replaced two plugs, one which was defective and one for precaution. The service is fine now and thanks also for the smoke detector cleaning advice. Kayla was also very nice to speak to letting us know when the technician would be arriving.

I called the company twice for directions on replacing the battery in my Carbon monoxide detector which they installed. There was no one available to answer my question. Two employees came to the house, the detector was taken down, he replaced the battery supplied by me , used my ladder and charged me $126.00. This was a total RIP OFF. All I wanted was a call back with directions considering Frog installed the detectors. This is truly a sign of customer abuse. If a company cannot answer a question over the phone, don't use them. I am totally disappointed in this service. Any company that sells a product should be happy to assist the customer by answering a question. I deserve a refund.

Dave did an excellent job going over our punchlist and detailing when items were cost prohibitive, such as cutting through the drywall. He was extremely thorough in going over light switches that we did not know where they were going. He was very efficient, our long list was completed in less than 3 1/2 hours and he had to run to get a part as well. He was extremely personable and friendly. Our cat even followed him around. We really appreciate his excellent service. We will use Frog in the future.

Frog Heating and Air has always been a good company to work with. Our AC went out in spring of 2016. They came out Monday and gave us the estimate on the new system, which was needed, and had it installed by Thursday. Since then, whenever anything has come up, they have been quick about fixing it. They are a really good company to work with.Twice a year, they come out to service my ac for 99$, and let me know if anything is going on with it.

Curtis is always pleasant, great personality. Received my yearly cleaning of my furnace. He was very efficient and always pleasant to talk too. He's the greatest!

It took Butch 5 minutes to find the problem. He listened to me as I explained what was going on. Friendly and outgoing yet professional. I scheduled some more work to be done if Butch was going to do it.

Butch was my electrician. He installed a grounded wire for our dishwasher. He was friendly and did good work, but I have a couple of caveats.1) He took his mask off a couple of times while working inside (he would put it back on when he was around me). I wore my mask the entire time he was here; he also started a short conversation about Covid; I think he was feeling me out to see if he could take his mask off the whole time. I absolutely don't expect a worker to crawl around under the house with a mask on, but I do expect it inside the house.2) He left a couple of pieces of wire sheathing around the dishwasher. Not a huge deal. It probably just bugs me because of my time in the military, where attention to every little detail is really stressed.Overall, I'm happy with the work Butch did. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was obviously concerned with doing quality work. However, I do take Covid seriously- I have a couple of underlying health conditions from burn pit exposure in Afghanistan- so the taking the mask off is kind of a big deal to me.As far as the pricing- 600-ish dollars for about 30 feet of 12g wire and about 90 minutes of labor seems a little steep. I was a little taken aback that Frog still added the $39 service call fee to my bill on top of this. I'll note that Butch was upfront about the price and I agreed to it before he started the work (although I might have put it off and gotten another estimate if my partner wasn't expecting a working dishwasher when she got home).Overall, the work was very well done. However, the taking the mask off gives me pause as to whether I would call Frog again- at least until this pandemic is under control. I would also get at least one other estimate before I had more work done by Frog. I'm absolutely not accusing Frog of overcharging, but if I can get similar quality work done for less, I will.So, 5 stars for the quality of the work minus 2 stars for the above mentioned issues.

I decided to take a chance on a company that has great online reviews and good commercials. They also had the equipment I wanted at an affordable cost, excellent financing options, and a built-in warranty plan. I have not been disappointed!I started the process with Josh B, a well-versed professional who answered all my questions and provided the bid. He gave me his cell phone number if I needed additional details.All systems were go! Installation done two days later. Chris and Jimmy did an exemplary job with the installation. I have always heard your unit is only as good as the individuals who install it. Fortunately, I had a great team. They had a strong work ethic and skill set. Chris even offered some advice regarding the noise from my old return, definitely above and beyond the call of duty.Because there were a couple of bumps in the road, I also had an opportunity to meet Curtis, another nice and competent member of the team. FYI…the bumps were not the fault of Frog. Interestingly, I never had any concerns about whether this company would get everything up and running. That is rare in the world of the consumer. Josh encouraged me to follow-up, and I texted him several times. He was always available and made a plan to address whatever was going on.As a result of my experience, my family is very impressed and will likely use Frog in the future. BRAVO!!

Chose Frog based on excellent electrical work done by Bo several days ago. Bo showed up on time. I explained to him that I needed a new outlet installed to power a range. Also needed a dedicated line for a outside flood light. Bo provide a quote and finished the range plug in an hour. He set up the dedicate line work since it would take several hours to accomplish. Very pleased with the whole process.

HVAC unit stopped working on a day we had below freezing temps outside. Timely, helpful service. Came on a Saturday at no extra charge. Thanks for helping us out on such short notice. Will use again for sure! You are the best!

I got frustrated with my prior hearing and air folks and decided to try and find a heating and air company that actually had good reviews. I thought such a company did not exist, but I was wrong. Frog Hearing, Air, and Electrical definitely lives up to the hype. Previously, I was waiting 1-2 weeks for an appointment, but Frog answered the phone quickly and got me on the schedule for the very next day. Josh (the technician) arrived on time and was surprisingly friendly for 8:00 in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem (in less than 30 seconds) and walked me through everything. He also showed me pictures of his dogs (at my request) and that always makes for a nice visit. He got me signed up for the maintenance package, which is such a great deal, and waived the dispatch fee for my visit (plus it got me a discount on the part I needed). Also, the visit itself was very affordable. I’ll definitely be making the switch the Frog Heating, Air, and Electrical (obviously, since I just signed up for a maintenance package).Highly recommend, particularly for those who are fed up or frustrated with other heating and air companies.

Mathew was very informative during the entire HVAC diagnostics. Unfortunately my unit needs replaced soon but there is a one I’m interested in with a 10yr parts and labor warranty. I have always had good techs that service my air and electrical needs at my residence.

If we could we would give 10 stars. We replaced an old unit heat/air unit with a mini split heat/air unit. Frog Air customer service and professionalism was top notch from initial estimate to installation! While we never heard from some of the other guys Frog Air was quick to come out and provide estimate and give honest feedback to size and type of unit to beat fit our needs. Very competitive pricing. They were super clean in installation (only company to wear booties inside) and had it up and running in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Frog Air and will not use anyone else.

This was my second time using Frog for issues with my AC unit. They were helpful, responsive, and flexible in ordering and installing a new unit with less than 24 hours’ notice. The installation area was difficult to access due to storm damage and they came in and got it done regardless. Would highly recommend!

Frog continues to send us great service people who genuinely care about leaving you satisfied. We installed a new gas oven and wanted to ensure everything look good for obvious reasons. He inspected the oven and got under the house to check all of the lines. Gave us a thumbs up on the gas and a heads up on a hot water heater issue that might need attention soon.

Butch and his partner are awesome! They are both very knowledgeable about their job and I learned so much from them. They work great together and were concerned about safety in the home. After showing me the terrible work the builders' electrician had (clearly) done on my light switches (which prompted the service call in the first place), he removed a switch panel in the bathroom and pointed out the black burn mark on the inside of the panel showing me the wire was getting way too hot. They went above and beyond also educating me on bulb voltage, etc. Thank you very much! Great job!

My 1.5 year old HVAC compressor went out as predicted by the Frog Heating team during the last checkup around 6 months ago. Came out quickly after I called and diagnosed the compressor.They replaced it the next day under a warranty repair from the manufacturer.

Our 15+ year old AC unit died on a Saturday. I knew it was a problem. Had a diagnostic done, but damage was extensive due to a small fire in the blower motor. Over the next 2 days, I received estimates from 5 companies. I sat through the pitches and did my best to compare apples to apples. Curtis was my last estimate of the day. I thought I had made my decision and was just gonna hear put one more pitch. But Curtis came over with no sales pretense. I told him what I was looking for and he simply recommended a unit at a competitive price with warranty that I wanted and the financing that I needed. Josh was great! Was able to diagnose and fix the issue with the air conditioning to our house we just sold. They came out on a late holiday weekend and saved me from having to tell the new home owners taking possession the next morning that the air didn’t work. Called roughly two months ago to have a garbage disposal and sink installed and to install a faucet in my bathroom. Fast forward 2 months and our garbage disposal is still leaking as it was after the first visit, our refrigerator no longer disperses water (was not in the scope of work, still confused how this happened) and our bathroom sink is still leaking. This is after 4-5 visits from plumbers and countless reschedulings AND their initial quote was 1/3 of actual cost and I had to fight with them to only pay for the initial cost of the quote . Not sure if it’s incompetence or dishonesty or perhaps both but If you’re considering using this company please do yourself a favor and sprint in the direction of literally any other company.

We had a plugged AC drain issue that caused our unit to stop working. The Frog technician did a great job of discovering the problem and offering options (with prices) before solving the issue for us. He then spent extra time explaining to me how to prevent this from recurring in the future.

Ultimately we also had to call NES out to fix some things on their end too, he even stayed to ensure they did everything right. The world needs more people like you, Bo! This customer receipt would be under my husband's name: Benjamin ShanksIf I could leave a 0/5 star review I would. This company is absolutely terrible. My husband and I called them to look at our AC unit at a new home we had bought due to it not keeping the temperature it was set at, mind you this was at the very peak of summer heat (late July/early August). At first, Frog was very responsive and sent Matthew, a technician, out to our house to look at the situation. He ran several tests and told us that the issue was a coil in our unit and that we could have the coil replaced for several thousand dollars ($6,000, if my memory is correct) or buy a brand new unit. We had a previous company come out the day before and tell us that it was the ductwork that was the issue. Matthew, a LEAD Frog technician, however, glanced at one branch and determined that it was fine (he did not check the rest). My husband and I decided to buy the bigger unit as ours was older and would need replacing soon and enrolled in the financial plan for the new $11,000 unit. Frog came pretty quick afterwards to install the new unit but that was the beginning of our issues. The brand new, bigger AC unit was unable to get our house down to 72 degrees. We called the company and spoke to Matthew and he told us to wait and give it a day and he would check back in. We did. The problem did not resolve itself so once again we called the company and they told us that Matthew was unavailable to come by but they would send out another tech. The new technician came by, ran the same tests, and told us that he thought it was the duct work and that he would speak to Matthew and he would be reaching out to us but he never did. Several days passed and we called Frog again to complain and they sent a third technician to our house. The third technician ran the same tests and told us that he thought it could be lack of insulation. At this point, I expressed my frustration and told him that my husband and I were upset that we weren't getting any real answers and that we didn't understand why we spent so much on a new unit if that wasn't going to fix our problem. The temperatures outside ranged from 85-95 and our brand new unit was set to 75 but couldn't go lower than 79 until after 10 p.m. The third technician apologized profusely and told us that he understood and would attempt to speak to Matthew since he was our original technician. It has been almost 3 months and we have heard NOTHING from this company or from Matthew despite several workers telling us they would be in touch.We do not trust this company and we regret working with them. We had three different technicians tells us three different reasons for our issue. We had to follow-up several times after radio silence and have heard nothing from Matthew despite being reassured we would.Disappointing.

They didn't call to tell me they were cancelling my appointment, never left a message or email. Had to call and sit on hold to find out they would be over 2 hours late. That's not reliability. Spent 6 days waiting for our appointment only to get a no show, now I'm sure I'll spend 6 more days waiting on another company. Will likely have to replace the entire unit, so that's a lot of loss on their part. Very disappointed that we are going to be running window A/C's most of this month. Don't waste your time scheduling appointments if you aren't able to reschedule with no notice. I guess the tech was just gonna show up while I was in Nashville 30 miles from home.

The unit needed intervention that could have approached 1/2 the price of a new unit. We discussed the prices of new units (if the malady should recur), and his recommendation of best brands. I had loose landline wires outside the home that needed to be secured. The electrician installed a box to the home to house the wires and make it look more presentable. He was nice, informative, quick, and did quality work.

I can't recommend Frog enough, and Butch is a super pro. I thought I'd be without power for days, but he helped me work with the power company after they had to replace the line coming to my house from the pole. Butch worked late into the night to make sure my house wouldn't burn down because of the bad wires at my meter. After he replaced those (working on the roof in the dark), Butch then took care of the inspection the electric company wanted. I was amazed because it's not often I find a company so friendly and competent.No doubt, Frog and Butch will be called for all of my properties.Thanks Butch!

Frog is my new favorite HVAC and duct cleaning service! Communication and scheduling were easy. For all three service appts, the repairmen arrived on time or early and called beforehand, were very pleasant and respectful, and were knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough, yet efficient. Never felt like they were trying to sell me the most expensive equipment or service/maintenance contracts, as I've felt from most other HVAC companies in the past. A trustworthy HVAC company I'd recommend without hesitation.

Nick Watson was very polite. He was thorough trying to find the cause of the problem with my chandelier. When he found the problem he corrected it. He gave me an estimate on installing a light in the shower. If we decide to do it I will ask for him to do the work.

The young man they sent to the house was very professional and helpful up to an extent he located the problem with our ductwork but when it came to fix it inform me the job was too small and they were too busy if I'd have known that what has been the case I wouldn't have requested someone to come out only to charge me $70 service charge

I would highly recommend Frog heating and air. They were very quick to get us on their schedule when I called. Dawson showed up much quicker than i expected to look at my electrical panel. The estimate for a whole new panel, cricut breakers and a whole home surge protector was reasonably priced. He scheduled the install 2 days later at 8 am and showed up on time and finished the project in a few hours. He was very professional and did an outstanding job on everything from installation to clean up.

I had FROG come out on 9/19 to do a tune up and to check out an issue we were having with our 8 year old unit short cycling. The technician looked things over and then told me the bad news. Our unit's freon was low, which meant the coils were leaking and had to be replaced- for roughly $1800. Because of the low freon, which was the reason for the short cycling, our compressor was damaged. Wasn't completely bad yet, but probably would only last a few months to a year at best and that was somewhere around $2200. And then there were some issues with a few other parts. Oh, and the EPA has changed it's regulations, so our machine won't be able to be serviced after Jan. 1st 2014 unless we upgrade it for another $2000. The end suggestion was we ought to just replace our unit for about $5000.The next day I had a different company come out to give me a second opinion. For starters the freon was not low. They couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with our unit. The thermostat was the problem causing short cycling. My husband replaced it for $50. Oh, and on a side note EPA regs have changed, but old units are still allowed to be serviced. No upgrades required. You can find the new law's details on the EPA website. Basically, FROG fed me a ton of lies in an attempt to get me to replace a perfectly good air unit.***Follow up- It's been a year and our HVAC is still working great. Not a single issue since we replaced the thermostat last year.

My family owns several rental properties and we have had dealings with the majority the large HVAC companies in the Nashville area and Frog Heating and Air is the best, hands down. The technician, Curtis, who came out to our rental property today did an excellent and very professional job diagnosing our old unit. Turns out we need a new unit. Curtis made sure I understood why by showing me the rusted out heat exchange. He then took the time to explain all the options I had with the new unit and what would work best for my special circumstances, having a rental duplex served by one unit. We decided a large 4 ton unit with two zones would fit mine and my renters needs perfectly. I cant say enough about the fantastic job Curtis did at our property. This is the ONLY heating and air company I will ever use and I will make it a point to ask for Curtis to be my technician in the future. Professional and appropriately friendly. Explained all the work that needed to be done with the problems that I showed him. He solved all he problems and did a great job with cleanup. Found bare wires to prevent problems he covered them with electrical tape. The bare wires I did not know that I had. Superb services and well-done.

We had three companies come out to look at our heating and air. Be careful on that too, because a few of these companies charge to come out just to look at your heating and air. Ours was making a loud noise, and one company I have used for years came out first. He knew exactly what the problem was. I got a second opinion, we reached out to friends on Facebook and Frog was one of the companies who came out. He pinpointed exactly the same problem, and the cost was around the same price.However, Curtis did further investigation of our unit and found the heat exchanger completely rusted with holes. Could have been breathing carbon monoxide. Curtis was very very helpful on the pros and cons of just fixing the unit vs purchasing a new unit. There was no pressure what so ever. No sales pitch, just the facts. He sat down with us and answered all of our questions and explained everything.I am always very skeptical when it comes to Heating and Air Companies, plumbing, etc.. so we called another company to come out and take a look. They said the exact same thing, but gave us a quote for the same unit, but it was $1200 more.Curtis and his team were out the next day, removing the old unit, which by the way the previous owners did not take care of, installed the unit. Curtis even check our second unit in the house up stairs.We are very pleased with the work Curtis and his team did and would recommend Frog to anyone.

Called Frog Air & Electrical on Wed. afternoon. Technician (Curtis) showed up before 8:00 am on Thurs. Diagnosed the problem. Lightning strike. Tried his best to revive my 17 year old unit. But...it was dead. Gave me several options...really good advice. No hard sell on a new unit. Wrote up an excellent report, including pics, to submit to my insurance company. Very impressed with Curtis. I'll def call Frog again.

We had another great experience with FRoG - service call on Tuesday morning, repairman here within hours. We opted to replace the unit with a new, larger Trane system and they had it done by 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.Can't say enough good things about the courteous and knowledgeable service techs at this company. We even signed up for their ESA for semi-annual checkups.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and great people.

Everyone that I interacted with at Frog heating,air,and electrical were simply wonderful! My unit at my home all of a sudden stopped working and my family had no heat. I am a truck driver so you can imagine how I felt being on the road and not being home to help figure out the issue. I got home the next morning and immediately called Frog at 8 am. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and she assured me that she would get the first tech out to my home to at least figure out what my problem was. She called me back within 15 mins to tell me my service tech was on the way. Once he arrived he sprung in action. It was raining and I felt sorry for him but he went out there and came in a few mins later and told me what was going on. Everything that he found, lined up with what I had already figured out cause I consider myself a do it all type of guy. Once we went over the cost of repairs, how old my unit was, the time it was gonna take to get parts, and most of all the potential future break downs we decided to get a new unit. Frog had many options that made it affordable and they got me financed. Once I agreed to the terms they had had a new unit installed so fast it would make your head spin. I'd definitely recommend Frog for the quality of the work and the way they go about it. Not the cheapest, but the value is in the quality workmanship and level of knowledge they bring to the table. The comfort of knowing the job was done right is also a big selling point.

Frog hopped right over and completed the job! Andrew, the technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He took time to suggest a number of options to tackle the project, giving me pros and cons of each and ultimately allowing me to make an informed decision. His work was neat and very professional. I would highly recommend Frog in general and Andrew in particular.

My wife and I just purchased a new home which was previous services by Frog Heating and Air. I was unsure of going with a company I wasn't familiar with, but I am beyond happy that I did. Our unit started filling up with water in the overflow pan the week after we moved in. Josh came to our home for free and had the issue fixed within mins, he remembered the installed and took extremely good care of us. It is because of his knowledge and kindness that I will never use another company again! Highly recommend them!

Called Frog Heating and Air Saturday morning because of a leak in the furnace flute in the roof. Josh came out inspected the issue, he did a repair on the problem. Josh is always super helpful and explains everything for me. I can always count on him.

Nick has been out three times - he moved an electrical outlet, installed recessed lights, and replaced/installed several fans. He is always courteous, knowledgeable, and constantly communicates when he will arrive and what he is doing.

Andrew the technician was very courteous and professional. Also very personable. The rating is not about him but about the price quoted for the work. Another person completed the work for half the quoted price. They are a bit to expensive for the work I needed.

I wish I could give Frog a review of their service. But, I never received any. After multiple follow-ups from their initial survey to quote me for a fairly basic kitchen rewire, I never heard back from them.Never received a quote in the week following the survey, as promised. Never received a quote after calling them to say I never received a quote, and confirming my contact info (which they successfully used multiple times prior to their survey), to which I was promised a supervisor would be notified and I would get the quote later that day.Simply never heard back. They ghosted me like a bad Tinder date.

Andrew did a fantastic job taking care of our plumbing issues. He was courteous, professional, and made sure his work area was clean after he was finished.

The young technician (a new dad with a 6-week-old son!) who came out to give us an estimate of updating an electrical panel did excellent work. Butch did a great job! We had a different electrician come in before him and basically gave up after a few hours. Butch came in and figured out the issue in minutes! Definitely recommend Frog Electric.

Josh B. from Frog H & A performed my annual heat system inspection. He was punctual, thorough, courteous and friendly. Recommended a higher amp in circuit breaker panel which he then installed. I really appreciate him wearing shoe booties every time during the numerous trips from basement to upstairs & back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am in need of a new HVAC and in the process of getting quotes. I have not made any decisions as of yet, but Frog is at the top of the list so far. The technician, Curtis, was great. He is polite, knowledgeable ,and an overall good guy. I may find a cheaper price elsewhere, but cheaper is not always better.

These are the loudest two units we’ve ever had installed in our 38 years of home ownership. They blow like they are industrial grade fans, so loud that guests comment on them. Our first tech did not install a new thermostat for the new unit, and when a second hvac was needed several weeks later, we were told that new thermostats were a necessity so both units were hooked up to new thermostats then. Still, no one took the time to orient us to our new thermostats as our previously used service companies had.

My technician Nick, was on time and assessed the problem with my heater promptly and took care of it! I will continue to use Frog. They're great!

We were assigned to Frog HA & E through QMerit/GM to install our home electric car charging station. In order to get a rebate from GM, we were required to use a QMerit certified installer. We had previously received a quote of $1100 from our electrician for the installation of our home charging station, but would be ineligible for GM’s thousand dollar rebate if we used him because he is not QMerit certified. The technician with Frog quoted us over THREE times as much for the exact same work! I don’t use the word scam lightly, but this was a scam! Beware, and be sure to get a second opinion/quote before you go with this company!

The guys were personable and knowledgeable. Luke took time to explain the entire process and acclimate me to the new equipment. It was a pleasure to meet Chris and Kevin and they offered helpful information following the installation. The planning process went smoothly as we worked with Curtis and followed up with details during the installation. We’d definitely recommend using Frog....this is our second unit for our home purchased from them.
